"1st time user..Made hotel & Busch Gardens Ticket Reservations..Hotel claimed VME reserved room for 2 people. They gave me one king size bed for 5 people. Called VME requested to speak to supervisor. She said it was my fault..I told them 2 people. Holiday week & no other rooms available. We reserved for 4 days. Was very upset. I know how many people were in my party. I had 5 tickets for park. April blamed me over and over. I asked her if they recorded conversations. She said yes..I wanted them to listen my conversation. April claimed she had no authority to compensate me. She was unhelpful and had no compassion for my situation. I would never use them again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also they never sent me park tickets on e-mail or fax like they had promised."

"I just got off the phone with vacations made easy. They are crooks. They gave me a 237.00 credit from Branson . Would not give me cash back. Went to Memphis so I decided to use credit wanted to get booked at the heart break hotel as it is going to be torn down. They said ok got a message to call them back could not get us booked at the hotel. Talked to a young man and said he could get us in at the best western down the road no differents in price. The total for the three nights was 740.00 when I got to the best western it was an 89.00 a night hotel I call them up and complained that the hotel was going to cost 300.00 dollars and the tickets at Graceland were a hundred four hundred dollars and your going to charge me 740.00 they would not back down so I went to bbb and low and behold they have a number you can call to see if they might do something's for you. They did give me a two hundred credit on my credit but I'm still not happy and will never do business with them again"
