"It took the seller several days to ship the product, and they used USPS so it was pretty slow to get to me. I live across the country in VT so it took 10 days to get here from when I ordered it. In addition, USPS mangled the shipping box so badly it had a massive rip in the outside of the box that was big enough so that my part could have fallen out. Fortunately it did not, and also fortunately, it was completely undamaged. So my experience ended up being great, just took a star off for the crappy USPS shipping. Not the seller's fault, was USPS' fault. Shipper may want to consider another shipping method. The item I bought was a VW Tiguan rear wiper, and it works great. I'm very happy with it and will definitely consider shopping at VW Parts Warehouse again if I need anything OEM for my VW."
