"Loved It!! They packaged there Item Very well, and if they say it adds a certain HP to your car, then most likely they have back up Dyno Charts to prove it.. "I was skeptical at first with VRSpeed Factory because their prices were much lower on a borla hush I was looking to purchase for my WRX. I contacted Tiago through email to get a feel for the company and I couldn't have been more impressed by their customer service and fast email response to my questions.

Long story short, I ordered my borla and it shipped super fast. I asked Tiago at VR for a tracking number and he provided one promptly. I had the exhaust installed at a shop and it didn't fit! I couldn't believe it and thought I was up sh**ts creek without a paddle but I contacted Tiago at VR Speed Factory again and he made good on it! I was afraid he'd just say it was my problem but he had me snap a few pics of the exhaust and get a statement from the shop and he contacted borla. Soon I received a return shipping label for my exhaust! I was concerned another Borla wouldn't fit so Tiago even let me exchange it for a different exhaust no extra charge to make good on it!
