However, some components hard to find because they don't produce anymore, but Utsource can find some second-hand components, so I have to buy from Utsource, I have no choice. "I've picked the wrong shipping option when I orderd from them. I tried to contact them immediately to cancel my order but it was impossible. I've sent them an email asking to cancel the order but they only reply after 24 hours, after it's too late. On top of that, they don't seem to understand what I ask them!

"I purchased a STK-0029 from their website. Their datasheet says it will work for a PIoneer SX-580.
I purchased 6 of them for $ 4.50. None of them worked. UTSource asked if I would be happy for a 50% refund. Why would I? Their Datasheet specifically says it will work for SX-580 even though the ones they sent were STK0029 (without the dashes). They claimed it would work and was the same. I also had to wait 3 weeks for the part since China based. I am trying to dispute the transaction with my bank since they did not help me. I will never purchase from them again. I also purchased some transistors from them in the past very cheap quality. thin legs that broke on the T-220 transistor. I have learned my lesson. By the way I purchased the same power packs on ebay and they worked fine. Terrible Fraudulent company with awful customer service. Stay away find another vendor!!!!"
"They usually sell good parts but sometimes fake or F-grade parts. I didn't know until I got bad parts once.
Sometimes bad parts can be sold because their vendor may supply bad parts, the problem is Utsource don't fix this problem quickly and do nothing for customer.
I sent email many times but no respond.
I will consider to buy from UTsource again. (I should have seen this web site before buying from them).
Purchased GT30F131 (a lot of fake parts are on the market, that's why I bought from this guys even price was higher). 70% were bad, it were blown out when they were installed. Fortunately it didn't damage other circuit.

"I got a bit of a shock when I went to use some EEPROM's and found they were already programmed. Checked the pins and they look like they were pulled from sockets (and not very cleanly I might add). Checked the rest of the order (mostly CPU's) and found that only one type of chip looked new.
Was told they trusted their supplier, as if they were some lost innocent lamb who don't know anything about identifying dodgy or used chips.
I expected an immediate refund, instead got an offer of 50% refund if I didn't want to ship them back. And I eat shipping. Not sure what they want back used, programmed EEPROM's for, but I'm *SURE* it isn't to resell them as new, right?
Chips came inserted onto white foam which is a bit of a concern.
I have not bothered to test the chips further to see if they work/are what they are labelled.
UPDATE: I noticed one of the Motorola chips was labelled with a 2014 date code. Given that Motorola's chips division was spun of into Freescale in 2004, I'd say this is a full-on "relabelling of used chips" scam. Out of interest, I tried the chip in a known working computer and the chip is completely non-functional."
