Company says they are extra large but there are no size labels on the shirts to enable me to verify the size. Company refuses to pay for return shipping and I had to place $91.30 in dispute with pay pal. They have many one star reviews and I would advise buyers to beware and be assured they will take your money and run! "
"Nice collection on website and the pretty detailed ordering system; decent charges. But Free-Shipping is mostly not available until some limit. Few coupons available usually.
But the products they display and try to sell in their US UFestival events is usually not worthy.

"What I like: I have ordered from Utsav Fashion multiple times, sarees in particular. I really do like the fact that what I see online is what I get.
What I dislike: I live in Canada so there is always duty taxes that I pay which sometimes is more than what I paid for for the actual saree. Utsav said they would reimburse me for 25% of this, which they did.
I have no complaints about their customer service and they refunded some items which I cancelled after ordering instantly."
"I had order an item of clothing with a 'within 30 day' prepation time + shipping
timeframe. As this was plenty of time prior to my event whic i needed the item for, I
thought to myself, no problem and went ahead. I saw the same item on other sites but
thought Utsav looked the most reliable. Boy was I wrong!!! After the 30 days without
hearing anything, i contacted them, i of course tried via their "24/7" chat, which was
offline for roughly 12 hours of the day when I checked. So i instead wrote an email,
which got ticketed into their system, and said someone would contact me within 12-24
hours. This did not happen. So roughly 48 hours later I jumped back on, and to my luck
they were actually online on their 24/7 chat. So i gave them my ticket number and asked
where my item was in the process. They said it will be another 1 - 2 days then it will
be shipped. I waited 3 days repeated the process, they said they will investigate, and
get back to me within 12-24 hours. Of course they didnt, so I again repeated the process
of contacting them, finally getting hold of them on live chat, they told me it would be
7-9 days longer prior to shipping. At which point i said this isn't good enough, you've
blown your 30 day promise, and aren't doing anything to actually help me. If i waited
another 9 days the item wouldn't get to me on time. So they said instead i could choose
a ready to ship item instead, which I did. The order was swapped and I thought the
ordeal was finally over. No, after 3 days I contacted them to make sure it had shipped
as i had not recieved confirmation or shipping. They again said they would investigate,
12-24 turnaround as usual. They didn't get in contact for another 2 days, so i took the
initiative once again. Finally they said we are sorry but we can't ship this item
either, it will take another 9 days... So i had to cancel my order and go elsewhere.
This has been my worst online shopping experience to date, and that is saying
something..."

"Hi, I have ordered a shalwar and one lehenga for my kid. But I didn't receive my order yet. When I tried to contact the customer service, they are not at all picking up. With the tracking Id, when I checked, the dhl is asking me to pay $105. The actual cost of my order is $200, and they asked me to pay the half if it as tax. I have already paid shipping charge to utsav. It is their responsibility to ship and pay the tax. I am suggesting everyone not to buy from this site."
"This is the single most worst, I will say that again, WORST service that I ever received.
To start of, the expected shipping date is 45 days from the order date, then they test your pateience and finally make you go crazy. After 45 days, their website shows a shipping date of 75 days from order date but their agent on chat says "I dont know ", will get back in 24hrs and the email after 24 hours says only 3-4 days and this never ending cycle repeats.
They missed the shiiping date by 1 month, which company in the fking world does that? Please save yourselves from this pathetic, unprofessional, disgusting company. I generally never write reviews but these people made me soooo damn mad that I am having to.
And BTW, this was only a simple, men's kurta. God knows what the women must be going through. Please STAY AWAY!"
"i have purchased from this company twice . I seem to have forgotten the first time i orderd from them that theY sent me a diffrent fabric from the one they are advertising . I was os stupid to order from UTSAV again thinking that this time since the saree cost $220.00 and was supposed to come with a blouse , that i will get what they advertised . Unfortunately this was not so . The saree fabric they sent me was a different design and colot from the one they advertised, the blouse that i got was a plain cotton material .( three days before my order was supposed to be shipped i got an email QUOTE : due to fabric limitations they cannot give me the blouse thatwas shown with the saree .Wheni questioned why, i was told that their standard saree blouse comes witha 22 inch fabric . Now how is this possible ? and adult saree come with a 22 INCHES in material for blouse??? . ( did the saree comes with fabric limitations that they substituted it with a diffrent material as well . PEOPLE DON'T BELIEVE THE REVIEWS . THESE PEOPLE HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES POSTING THEIR REVIEWS FOR THEM. I ALSO DIDN'T RECIEVE MY COMPLETE ORDER . CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 TIMES , STILL WAITING FROM THEM FOR AN ANSWER . THEY SAY 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE , YET NO MATTER WHAT TIEM OF THE DAY I CALLED I GET AUTOMATED SERVICE. "Dealing with Utsav is a nightmare, whatever you do stay AWAY from Utsav Fashion. I made the mistake of ordering a SAREE from this place not once, but TWICE in hopes that perhaps the first experience with them was unlucky. Both times I ordered with them they claim to having some kind of problem with the order to which continually delays the whole process of receiving your order. Throughout the order they will give you empty promises that you will receive your order, even claiming that the only thing delaying the order is shipping but the truth of the matter is THEY HAVEN'T EVEN DONE YOUR ORDER!
Do not let them fool you, they do not care about how badly you need your order (in my case to go to a wedding). They decided to conveniently tell me a week before the event that they cannot complete the order and that they are issuing a refund (mind you, I placed my order TWO MONTHS before I needed it), yes that is indeed how long they will mindlessly delay your order before ultimately screwing you over.
Not to mention they refuse to refund the transfer fee of $8 for doing an international transaction, not even offering store credit or anything of the store for the huge inconveniences they make you go through..
The support is terrible as well, the people you speak to don't know anything and will frustrate you to the point that you either hang up or disconnect from the chat, giving completely irrelevant responses to your questions and concerns.
Please, it is clear to see from their other reviews that this is a business that you do not want to deal with. They do not deserve to be in business and certainly don't deserve your hard earned money so do not allow them the chance to screw you over just as they do everything.
This company is a parasite that does not go away until they screw you as much as the situation allows."
