"Will never order from them again. I was searching for a golf bag for days and found one on their site. I even made sure I could physically browse to it so I knew it wasn't just some old cookie Google had. I bought it on Wednesday (Sept 19 2012) and come Monday I still haven't gotten a tracking number or anything.

I called the store on Tuesday being polite asking if it was shipped and the guy immediately got defensive saying I can cancel the order if I want. No? I want to know if you shipped it. He then proceeds to tell me they don't handle the shipping anymore and gave me another number to call. I call the number, no one answers and I leave a voice mail as requested. Come Wednesday still nothing and at 11:00PM at night I get an email saying my order was canceled because it wasn't in stock. So now, my funds have been held by them for a week since "I bought it" and now I have to wait another weeks for it to be put back into my account. I called, I emailed, I left voice messages. Nothing.

All because 1) They didn't update their site and 2) Couldn't get a proper response to an easy question.

[edit] 2/13/2014: Appears they don't have a website anymore, go figure.
