The response I recieved after I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping was ridiculous. 2 day shipping to them means 7 days and they offered to refund 50% of the $65.00 they charged. It took them a little longer to respond on the initial order, apparently a little hard to find the item in their inventory. I emailed them to ask for status and received instant reply. The jacket was sent overnight to me. I think they run brick and mortar store so it took them a little extra time to find the item and ship from the store. Great service and very happy with the purchase."

"I ordered a brand new NorthFace Tri-climate women's jacket, but did not receive the correct jacket. Instead utahskis.com sent me a jacket valued lower than what I originally paid, wrong size, but they at least got the color and the gender correct. I do not understand why they would even send out the wrong jacket in the first place. Does utahskis.com not think people would notice the difference? Utahskis.com just inconvenienced me by sending the wrong jacket. I would have preferred them being honest with me stating they no longer had it and refunded me right way. However, Utahskis.com is still advertising that item on their website so beware if you are going to purchase anything from them double check the item to make sure it matches the item number. "

But they also run a number of brick and mortar stores in Utah (See n Ski I think), so I placed an order for three pairs of skis with bindings. Great price. Responsive customer service.
