Embarrassment for the USMNT/USWNT

"Beyond awful experience with the merchandise partner. I expect to deal with a professional retailer as the 'Official US Soccer Store'; this outfit is anything but. Customer service could care less than repeating the boiler plate responses given to them. Come on US Soccer, do better, find a new merchandise partner."

Waiting for order placed for Christmas 2022, they have only responded with a canned email.

"I ordered two personalized Soccer Jerseys as Christmas presents for my nephews on December 4, 2022. One Jersey was a large size and the other was a medium size. The U.S. Soccer Store confirmed the order and made sure they received the payment. The large-size personalized jersey was received on December 19, 2022. When I continued to check on the medium shirt ordered, it showed preparing for shipping. As of today February 5, 2023, it still shows preparing for shipping. Now I had to make arrangements and pay for another Christmas present for my nephew since the soccer shirt has not available for Christmas day.
Over the last several months I have attempted to contact the U.S. Soccer Store by email and phone. Nobody ever answers their phone and you receive the same canned email as a reply. I have also contacted the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's Office all in Chicago Illinois. These three offices have not received a reply to my complaint as well. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS From the U.S. Soccer Store! They are a SCAM!!
I wonder how they would react if we all came together and filed a Lawsuit.

Customer Service is a Joke

"Similar to many other reviews on here, I received horrible customer service.
They sent me the wrong type of shirt, the wrong size, and the wrong gender. Oh, and that was two weeks after I placed the order.
Couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. Gave up after an hour.
Got one person to finally email back to my third email with a boiler plate response about reading the back of my shipping label for return instructions.
Guess what, the No Hassle Return policy is that I get the privilege of paying for the shipping to return the wrong item. Then when they get it back, I have to reorder the correct item. (And pay for shipping for the third time.)
Screw it. I’m returning the item and I’ll just make a shirt with a magic marker next time.
I will tell everyone I know to run the other way!

Run! Run! Far far away!

"I ordered a jersey on Nov 6 for a Christmas gift.
I still haven't seen the jersey and it took three inquiries for them to tell me I cannot cancel as the order is "in process" and they have no idea *when* it will be prepared.
Save your $146. Run far far away. This site is a scam!

ordered jerseys for World Cup weeks ago, still havent received them

"Orderd a USMNT jersey almost a month before World Cup. No shipping updates, no response to multiple emails or from their online "Contact Us" submission form. Super disappointing experience with US Soccer for an org that should be desperate to please fans. Starting to feel somewhat scammy. Do yourself a favor and order from Fanatics, Nike, or elsewhere. "

Terrible!

"It has been two months now since I placed my order for two USMNT jerseys. I ordered these jerseys well in advance of the World Cup with plans to wear them during the games. Here I am two months later with no jerseys. To make the situation worse the company won't respond to my multiple emails asking for a status update. Getting through to the company by phone has been next to impossible as well with no clear update available on the status of my order. At this point I feel like I have been scammed. I wish I had read reviews prior to placing my order, but I think most people would reasonably expect a national organization to be on the up and up."

Poor customer service

"I ordered two jerseys back in mid June for my significant others birthday and the start of the olympics. Online it said it was a two week turn around... but come three weeks later I emailed them. Eventually they got back to me and blamed covid. Another few weeks pass and still nothing. I tried calling their number but apparently they never opened their phone lines back up. I had been trying to change my address since we are moving but no one acknowledged it, so the jerseys shipped mid august, two months after my order, to my previous address. Now they will not respond at all. "

So slowwww in shipping items

"I ordered 4 non-customized tees on Sunday evening. Friday afternoon...and they still have not shipped out the items. I called them and they simply said that they have 5 business days to ship out items. That is completely unacceptable. Other stores ship out items in a day or two. I ordered the USA tees for a USWNT game 11 days after the order was placed and I'm not sure that I'm going to receive the items in time for the game......This is the last time that I will EVER order anything from them!"

Poor customer service

"Ordered a customized jersey at this online store only to receive the wrong jersey in error. They insisted that it was my error and refused to do anything to correct the situation. My daughter is a huge soccer fan and follows the US women's team avidly. She knows all the specifics of the styles of jerseys and spent time and care to order exactly what she wanted with her own money earned by refereeing. We are very dissatisfied with the customer service and would not recommend their online store to anyone!!!"

"Worst online shopping experience EVER for me. I ordered 2 different shirts. They shipped me 2 of the same (the cheaper) shirt. It happens, I'm not upset. I call customer service. There's no answer, it goes to voice mail. So I leave a detailed message. Then I wait for something. I think they'll call me back or ship me the missing shirt, but nope. So a few days later I email them. They apologize and tell me they will send me a return label. Then AFTER they receive back the incorrect shirt, they will dispatch the correct shirt. Wait just a second. Now I'm upset. I've already waited too long for this shirt, now you want me to wait for a label, then wait for the return shipping, then wait for the new shipment. Nope! not going to do it. I told them to just send me the label and give me a credit FOR THE SHIRT I DIDN'T RECEIVE when they get it back. Of course, they screwed that up. After waiting for the label and the return shipment, they credited me for the shirt I did receive, which was the cheaper of the two. Oh I'm mad. So I email them back. No response. One day, Two days. Nothing. I call again and finally reach someone who credits me the difference. Never again. I'm a HUGE US Soccer fan. But NEVER again."
