"This company is the worst! They sent me the wrong printer cartridges and I have sent 3 notes in the past month trying to find out how to get this fixed. No response. They don't list a phone number, so you can't call them! Buyer beware!! Don't buy from this comany."

"I ordered 2 replacement cartridges for my HP printer from USA4Ink.com due to a advertisement I saw online. I ordered these carteridges MFC C8727AN and MFC- C8728AN. I was notified by my computer sytem that I was low on inks supplies and after reading this advertsiment I thought that I had found another source for purchasing ink supplies. When placed both of these newly re-manufacturered cartrideges in my printer neither worked properly. So I started to run the calibration progeram that cleans and aligns the cartridges. Neither cartridge would respond to the program for this procedure.
I contacted the company by e-mail due the website not having a 800 number for customers to call on to get assistance. My e-mail was answered promptly but as I asked for a refund fist and then a exchange I was instructed to troublesoot the issues again which I did with a negative response.
I again contacted USA4Ink.com and informed the customer service department that the trouble shooting procedures did not work and that I needed a refund or a replacemtns that work. I also provided a sales receipt showing that I had to go purchase two new cartridges from Walgreens locally to complete the business I was conducting. I am now waiting to hear back form USA4Ink.com on what corrective actiton their company is prepared to give. This was the first time I had used this particular company for computer printing supplies. It depends their corrective actions on whether I use this company again.10/1/2010
I received a e-mail from the company USA4ink.com and I have been conversing with the customer service representitive for about 30 minutes now. I have already had to correct this persons inaccurate information about the re-manufacturered cartridges in which I purchased. I copied the complete web page showing the remanufacturered cartridges as being the correct cartridgess for my printer. This is after the customer service representive e-mailed that I had purchased the wrong cartridges. At that point I informed the customer service representive in anothe e-mail that I had purchased remanufacturered cartridges with the exact same #'s from other companies without any incident of failure. At that point the customer service representive stopped communiating back and forth thru e-mails. I am still waiting to hear whether I will receive a refund, store credit or new cartridges. As of yet I am not impressed with this companies customer service. It has been anything but steller in communicating with me. I am still waiting for a answer to a refund, credit and/or new cartridges being ent out. When I corrected the customer service representative about the cartridges being re-manufaacturered the communications stopped. I am becoming more and more disapointed as time goes on with this companies customer serivce and products. If I do not get a response from the customer service department within the next 24 hrs I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
