"I have bought from them a few times over the past few years and each time it takes them FOREVER to send you your stuff even paying for “express shipping” it always takes any where from 1 week to 2 weeks when they promise 3-7 business days. They never answer their phone or respond to emails in a justly manner I emailed them numerous times and only received one email back from them basically lying about my order that I still have yet to get. I ordered new shoes from them tomorrow marks a week and I still have yet to get a TRACKING number. This website is CHEAP but UNPROFESSIONAL

"Ordered a pair of shoes when I ordered the tracking number provided said that order didn’t exist so i reported as fraud 7 days later the shoes arrived at my door and I woke up to a phone call from the owner saying I had stolen their merchandise I called back to tell them what happened and that I would be happy to pay and he started cussing me out telling me I was ridiculous and yelling and arguing for over 10 mins and threatened to call the cops when you literally look online and it says the website is fraudulent and I literally was offering to pay for the merchandise received and he wouldn’t accept payment unless I sent a picture of my credit card. "This is a total scam operation. The DO NOT accept returns. Don't bother ordering from them. I purchased a pair of shoes from them (never again!) and tried one of the shoes on to see if they fit. They didn't. I needed 1 size larger. So I packed them up and mailed them back. They are claiming that the shoes are black and they can't resell them. Therefore, they won't give me my money back. Absolute scam!

"They care more about making quick money than keeping old costumer happy! I was missing the original box when returning a perfectly unused item. I explained to them that I had no intentions of returning it when the items arrived but after trying it on to my surprise it didn't fit. The item was perfectly wrapped in the original plastic wrap which wasn’t good enough for resale, so they had to ship it back. I lost money on both the unused item and on the shipping which I was forced to pay. The guy on the phone was condensending and talked down at me for not memorizing their conditions. Will never shop there again "
"The worst experience ever with shipping online. I ordered a pair of shoes, when the shoes arrived they were nothing like the picture that was described in the item description. I was completely unhappy, so I reached out to them for refund. They had refused to refund me what i actually paid instead they wanted to refund half of what I paid. Their excuse was “shipping costs” ... when they’re website advertising “free shipping” I could not even get a professional response from the company. Very rude. Not for costumers only for PROFIT! "
"I ordered a dress from upscalestripper .com. It arrived torn in multiple spots. I emailed company with the order number and info etc, got an Email back asking for photos, then didn't hear back for 2 days so I emailed again. The next day I just decided to call and see if anything was being done and if they received my photos. The man was EXTREMELY rude, made comments about how I emailed "several times" and claimed to have emailed me that rhey were sending me another dress, interrupted me every time I spoke like he didn't hear me and when I questioned when they sent me a return email so I could look for it he got aggravated and said "You know, I think I'm just gonna cancel the new dress shipment and make you mail the torn one back first then we'll send you another one." So I was at his mercy and had to wait for a return label. I finally received the label to return the torn dress but before I could get to printer it had EXPIRED. So now I'm emailing to ask for it to be sent again. I strongly feel he did that on purpose so I'm going to file a dispute with my cc company and get my money back. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a business I've ever come across! Shop at Yandy.com instead! "
"I purchased an item from them that was on clearance and followed their size guide. The item, when it arrived was way to big and would have fit some much larger than what the size guide read. It was literally hanging off of me. Not only that the item came with a large hole in the sleeve which I could not have done since I have only had it for 2 days and have not been able to wear it do to the completely wrong size. Such poor quality of merchandise and lack of accurate sizing information is just disheartening.
Addendum:
After sending them a picture of the damaged merchandise, they willing sent out a replacement garment despite it being a clearance item. This was appreciated as they could have tried to blame me for the damage and got out of replacing.
What was troubling was to find out that my review here was not confidential. The site actually contacted the merchant using my review and name. I had already been dealing with them and they were aware of my frustration. At not point did I give this website permission to use my name to contact the merchant. I have lost trust for this review site and am disappointed in it

"My friend ordered a shoe from Pure Upscale. First off the shoe was not as shown on their website. She sent an email to to return, got the RMA and shipped it back.
Pure Upscale deducted shipping & handling and then did not refund full amount. She emailed asking why did they not refund full amount, less shipping and handling.
The reply she got was unprofessional and unprintable here. It was referring to her body, the profession she was in. They were asking for **** pictures so that they can refund "more than" refund due.
Pure Upscale should change their name to Pure Unprofessional. They ate not legitimate business. There is no customer service. This business should be shut down.
An attorney has contacted them for further legal action.

"I crossed this not so wonderful website and ordered two pair of heels back in Feb.Well I recently gave the second pair to my fiance to go along with her outfit for her birthday dinner .Before we could make it there the strap leading up the back of the ankle had broken.I talk to customer service and they were smart ass and said surely you don't expect us to do anything about a six month old order.I tried to explain that this was the first time that she ever had them on and she didn't even have them on twenty mins and they still look brand new including the bottom and looking at them would prove they were just poorly made.Not sure if the other pair is any better she wore them around the house back in March once and hadn't put them back on since...No response from customer service....."
