"I feel these shirts fit as advertised. I first bought a medium "slim" fit and it was just a little too tight, as I expected it might be, so I sent it back. I don't know why the other reviews said the return process was so bad. Untuckit paid for the original shipping, then they paid for me to send it back, and finally they paid the shipping for the a medium "regular fit" to be sent back to me. The whole return process took two weeks or less from the original order to the arrival of the replaced shirt. The replaced shirt fit perfectly, and it feels thick and of decent quality, and because I did pay $80 something for the shirt, I wont chance washing it on my own, but will have it dry cleaned instead. I really like how the length seems perfect for wearing it "untucked" as they were intended to do. I am usually hard to please when it comes to clothes but I really like these shirts....i will be buying more."
"Shirts are cheap thin fabric, sizing is totally off the norm [fits VERY small], and their return policy is the most customer unfriendly process and time line I've seen in years. What a complete waste. I'm not the slight bit interested in fighting for a "store credit" [which I'm ineligible for because I was traveling for 2 weeks while the package arrived].
Just writing this to let other consumers know how much if a scam, opportunistic POS company this is. "
"Since my workplace is casual, but I like to be a little stylish, I thought I'd try these. Erratic sizing, poor construction and very expensive. I spoke to a very affable customer service person who said that the sizes varied widely between styles. I can certainly attest to that, and I ended up returning three shirts, kept one, but in just a couple of wearings (and laundered at home with no dryer and pressed with a medium steam iron), the shirt shrank noticeably to be too small. It's hung in my closet for the last 6 months awaiting my next clothing donation run. Poor quality, not worth it and a real waste of money, though the seem to have boatloads of money to spend on ads. "This company seem like it is being managed part time. Their return system is rather unorthodox . I attempted to return a shirt and I wound up sending it back and paying for it myself. Never received my refund."
"I bought one of these shirts for my boyfriend and he LOVES it!! The fit is perfect - it's slimming and doesn't look baggy or frumpy like other button downs. He was such a fan that he ended up buying a couple more shirts. The variety of colors is great, it was hard for him to decide on just a couple of shirts. I will definitely be purchasing more shirts in the future for my family!"
"I just received my 2nd and 3rd shirt. Best shirts I own. They're a little pricey at $89, and require a bit of care when washing, but so does any higher end shirt. Always get compliments wearing. Love 'em."
"I purchased a shirt from this company. The shirt shrunk beyond that advertised and was of mediocre quality at an above average price. The company refused to refund my money. The only option I had was for them to provide me another worthless shirt.
My advice, go to Target, LL Bean, Lands End or any other reputable company that actually stands behind their product and has decent cutover service. "
