Imposible to return/exchange

"This Co. makes online returns impossible. The return site kicks you out so you have to return to site multiple times. The chat option does not work. They are always closed. The site does not give accurate times of availability for chatting. My search led me to information on how to reach customer service via WhatsApp. Someone replied and asked for my mailing address so they could forward a return label. I provided this info and nothing was received. I contacted the Columbus Ave store in NY and spoke to “Tyler”. He told me that this is not the first time he’s heard of this type of complaint and assured me that he will bring this matter to the manager’s attention and then offered to contact me via email. Tyler did as offered and on his email he asked for my mailing address. I provided this information over 3 weeks ago and nothing. I’ve sent follow-up emails requesting updates but nothing. It must be standard practice for all at UNO de 50 to ghost their customers. Very disappointing!"

Terrible website and Customer Service

"One of the worst website shopping experiences of my life. Tried 3 separate times to place an order but never goes through. This is using 3 different computers just to make sure the problem was not on my end. Unode50 said to use a different browser (which I did three times) or credit card. Called my credit card company and the charges never hit so issue is on their end. Customer service was terrible and didn't really offer any solution (ex. take order over the phone, etc.) and just stopped answering my messages for help! How they stay in business is beyond me."

DO NOT BUY FROM UNODE50, THEY ARE THIEVES.

"These thieves promised verbally and in writing to refund the price of a ring I purchased online but have not. I have proof (from Royal Mail and Unode50) they have received the ring I returned within 3 days. 99% of emails and telephone calls are unanswered. This has gone on for 8 months. Unode50 have also ignored all contact attempts made by the European Consumer Centre, on my behalf. They have the ring and my money."

No item received, no answer when I write messages or e-mails ...

"I wish I would have read all of this reviews before ordering. You place the order, pay, get a confirmation then they disappear. They do not answer e-mail phone calls or any contact forms
DO NOT ORDER from this site.
It said delivery 3-7 days...now its 8 days and I have absolutely no news ..... I could accept if a bit late the delivery but not that customer service do not reply and the phone number is to Marocco and noone pick up

They make you pay for returns!!

"DON'T BUY ONLINE FROM UNOde50, ring sizes are not standard, you cannot exchange products from the website on direct stores, they are not omnichannel at all: You need to pay for the return costs (to Spain!!) and their customer service is the worst. Terrible experience and I am losing money to return a product that has an incorrect size."

Terrible Customer Service

"I would first like to say I love the products made by this company, I have about 10 pieces myself. However, the customer service I have received (or not received) has been very disappointing. I bought a product for a father's day gift (June 2018) and it broke two weeks after. I contacted the company via email regarding this purchase and received one response on August 20, 2018, that I would be receiving a FedEx return label. It is now October 23, 2018, and I have not received a FedEx return label nor a response to the five emails I have sent following-up on this issue. Again, very disappointing customer service and will not be buying from this company in the future nor will I be recommending anyone else to buy from this company. "

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I received the worse customer service from the manager of the store at Santa Clara, CA location, her name is Elizza.
My husband spend $1100 in Palo Alto location for Valentines' Day. I ended up not to like several items and decided to return them to Valley Fair Uno De 50 location driving there 40 miles from my home.
I came to the store and requested the return, the lady over the counter told me they don't do returns, she can offer store credit. I was OK with that, because I buy their stuff pretty often. The value of the return was $740, she said they don't have gift cards on hands and she can't process the store credit, It was very surprising for the big company like them. I asked her if I can have some kind of prove of the store credit, she said yes, putting my original receipt and jewelry on the side telling me she would call me in several days. I was confused, because she wanted me to leave my jewelry and original receipt there, I told her that I never heard about getting store credit in this way, after what she gave me an attitude raising her voice and saying she was the manager and she knew what she was doing. Also she mentioned that in case she won't call me, I can come with the police there to claim my store credit, which is complete nonsense and unprofessional behavior. If you are the manager, you need to make sure you will make your customer trust you and explain in details the issue with the gift card shortage properly, the customer is doing the favor for you in this situation being understandable and accepting it. Very disappointed that there are unprofessional people like Elizza who don't know what customer service is and obviously ruining reputation of the company.

Wrong price on website compared to shopping cart - be careful

"I have purchased several items from Unode50 and it has always been a good experience at the San Francisco store, but I purchased a necklace there and decided to give it to my daughter as a gift. I then went to the Unode50 website to repurchase the same necklace for myself. It was still the same price as it was when I purchased it a couple of months earlier which was $185 + tax. However, when I finalized the order, I noticed the price increased to $199 + tax. I went back to the website and it still said $185+tax. So that same night, I contacted Unode50, writing them an email, asking for my $14 back. Should have been no problem, right. Well they said they would not give me the money they overcharged me! They did ask me if I had a screenshot, but they had updated their website to the $199 from the time I contacted them to the time they responded to me, so obviously they knew it had been wrong. Their website price did not match their shopping cart price (so my final charge was higher). As a matter of principle, I will not purchase anything else from this company, because they acted unethically and in an untrustworthy manner toward me. I have found that their quality has always been high and their sales reps are great, but basically they ripped me off. Be careful if you are purchasing something through their website so you do not get overcharged like I did. They will not make it right!! I appealed to them two different times."

UNO DE 50

"Do not waste your money at that store. The quality is terrible and the customer service is non existent. I bought a bracelet online and they sent me the wrong size. Because it was a gift to my husband I decided to buy a bracelet at the store. The bracelet broke after 2 uses. I tried to return the one I bought online and I had to pay to return it. It's been now 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. There is no phone number to call are they don't respond to emails. What a joke of a company. "

Still out there

"It's now two full weeks since I bought my bracelet from their online shop. No bracelet and no update as to the status of my order. I got through to their London store who abdicated any responsibility and gave me the number to head office in Spain. All I get from that is an automated response in Spanish with no option to speak with anyone. Customer service is truly nonexistent.

Update: I finally received an email from DHL this morning informing me that the bracelet will be delivered today. This is a full week after asking for my money back. I've had one short email saying "Our team are looking into it". I used the HD tracking option to discover that it was only posted in Spain yesterday if you can believe it! That means they've been sitting on it for twenty days. No apology, no explanation. Never again. Let's hope the bracelet is
worth all the stress eh.

"I have called their spain corporate office for two weeks and sent numerous emails. I will billed for 8 pieces and received 4. I am owed over $400 and they will not return my emails or answer the phone. will never purchase from them again!"

Over priced low quality terrible customer service

"Uno de 50 has the lowest quality. I bought a bracelet, first time i wore it, it fell apart. Jesus, the manager at the Las Vegas Grand Canal shops didnt care, had zero customer service skills. Just because the item was purchased a while ago n i didnt hv a receipt. Big deal, it is your over oriced crappy product, take it back, if u cant give me my money, give me another bracelet that is not broken. BTW their metal also cganges color, and becomes dull over time. Unfortunately, i liked the designs and spent too much money for a low quality product. Dont be fooled like i did."

Worst Product at. A high price and no service

"I have purchased a few things from this store but unfortunately I have had issue with the quality of the leather, supposedly their leather is special and can't get wet because it rots and breaks. They have no customer service what so ever. They won't send the item to fix and they won't replace it if you don't have a receipt. I have purchase items from Cartier and don't need a receipt for ser their items are stamped with their logo, they know it's theirs....anyway they are the worst, the pieces are beautiful but their service and in the quality is dissater."
