"I purchased the AMCE Avondale furniture. I received the furniture on 01/20/2015. The arm of the wood chair was cracked. Spoke with Ken, who customer service skills are unprofessional. They refused to replace chair, furniture was delivered curbside, wrapped secure. The delivery guy help bring furniture in. When we cut all the wrapping we discovered the crack on the arm of the chair I spent over 3188.00 and they would not make an exception to replace chair. Please beware, am getting ready to start a online signature to have them accountable for shipping damaged furniture. I am not happy, getting ready to report the to the BBB."

"I am in Maryland and had a daybed (SKU 22K4041) shipped here from your store. It arrived in perfect condition. There were a lot of parts to assemble, but everything was there and the effort was well worth it. We are using it for a child who is only 2 but too large for a crib. The slats are not too far apart or too close together. We are turning the open side toward the wall for safety, and it works fine. Later on, we will turn it around and use it as a sofa. Love this daybed."

I am in northern CA so the freight shipping was fairly quick from their southern CA location. The prices can't be beat and even with shipping everything I found was cheaper than any other website.
