I ordered the unlock code for Samsung grand prime and it said it will take up to 3 hrs to get it! I had to wait 3 days and the code did not work at first!
Now I need to contact them to resolve this issue and at this point I believe they will......

"Unlockthatphone.com had reasonable pricing and their website was clearer than others I looked at, which could be quite confusing. I received my unlock code, which worked as expected, in about three hours. This was on a Tuesday morning, for a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 locked to O2 (in the UK).
Although instantly would obviously be better, it wasn't too long to wait until I could play with my new toy!
