"This on-line outfit looks like a complete scam.
Telestial and Ekit recommend this scam for some unknown reason.

I ordered to unlock a Nokia phone over 30 days ago. Every time I asked them about the status of the order, they would reply that they are working on it, and it is very hard. Usually it takes one day or less to unlock the phone. This is not the first phone I am doing an unlocking for.

When I asked for refund, they told me that their policy is that there are no refunds and it can take as much time as they need ( forever I guess) to do the job.

I had to dispute with Paypal to get the money back.

Since then, I have read other reviews on-line about them. I should have done it first. It is a confirmed scam web site by other victims of their fraud."

"Unfortunately, this store is a total scam. The Tech support guy, Denise Leasure, was unreasonable, unhelpful and rude. The so-called unlocking code never worked. I was refused a refund after three days of unsuccessful tries. In fact, my phone is now permanently locked. Avoid this site. They are con artists that will take your hard-earned money away, $10 at a time. They probably figured that most people would not bother to fight to get the money back since it's not a great amount. So, they keep on playing their tricks. Beware! Beware! "

"Don't be fooled by their nice website design and their supposed 5million happy customers. These people are a scam. Bought a code for a Samsung Corby on August 1st, and they stated that I should received 2 days later. 1 month later, I didn't received anything.

So I complained via their support center, the woman there was very rude, and said that there is nothing she can do, and that complaining wouldn't speed things up. I asked for a full refund which I never received. So again, their money back guarantee is another lie.

Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other unlocking providers out there that can give you a better service."
