I purchased the code from this website and it doesn't work. I contacted them back and they sent me the link of something that suppose to make it work but it didn't for me. I tried to talk to the rep but what he said was there's a instruction (that I couldn't find). It's so simple and the instruction will tell you everything like you are talking to me. After that he just ignored me. I tried to call, no one answer. I tried to chat online but may be he figured out that's me so he didn't even answer a word. What customer service is that? So rude and unprofessional. "
