"Should have read the completely negative reviews on this company prior to ordering the product. The short story is that I ordered PWR-10027-01 AC Adapter 12V 1A Power Supply For Netgear Wireless WGT624 Router. What I received was a D-Link Power Adapter with a physical conversion adapter that did not even have the same specification, i.e. 2amps versus 1amp, etc. I sent it back for a replacement under their "Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed" policy, paid for shipping it back and then received a refund less my original shipping charge eventhough they still advertise the item. Total ripoff and now they will not answer the phone or my emails. Will seek credit from American Express. "

"On June 11th I placed an order with UNITEDSALE.com. Looked to be an awesome deal for some Cisco IP phone power supplies. They processed the order quickly and provided tracking info that next day. I was supposed to receive the product June 18th. When that day came I tracked the package once again. Come to find out the carrier has not even picked the package up! In my efforts to call and e-mail this company I have had no success. I would advise not to purchase ANYTHING from them. You will be stuck in limbo with empty pockets. Sounds to me like a big huge scam! Guess I should have read the 7 BAD reviews before making my purchase. I'll know better next time. STAY AWAY! "

"This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. This is my first ever review of any company in 10 years. I have had bad service/experiences before, but none worthy of me wasting my time writing a review. However; unitedsale.com is worthy of this compalint.

I purchased a laptop adaptar on dec5/2009. paid in full and 1 week later they told me i had to pay an extra $5 for shipping. So i paid it. 2 weeks later i called to find out where the items were. They told me that they forgot to send them. 3 weeks later (which is today), i called again because i still haven't received it, they told me they sent it on Dec 5th, 2009. That was the original date i purchased the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!

On Feb 1st/2010 they refunded me my full amount. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere. This entire sale from start to finish was a horrible experience."

they cheated me by not sending the correct adapter tip for a power supply to work with a Thinkpad Notebook computer, even though their ad clearly stated it WOULD work with that computer.

"UnitedSale.com is a SCAM BUSINESS! After ordering from them once and dealing with their BS, I figured out how they make money. Here's their scheme: You order an item, which you believe is a good deal. They send you a wrong item (either a heavily used and potentially non-working copy of what you've ordered or an entirely different item, also useless). You then contact them with a complaint. They gladly return your money MINUS SHIPPING. In addition you are out YOUR costs of shipping the junk back to them. In the end, UnitedSale.com has made money off of shipping they did not refund to you. If you decide to keep the junky item - even better for them. DISHONEST PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!"

"I ordered a replacement Panasonic-brand laptop adapter. They sent one for a Fujitsu and tried to convince me it was the same thing. However, amp output was different than the Panasonic, and I was unwilling to risk frying my motherboard. They issued an RMA promptly but there was no refund of shipping from original order and I had to pay return shipping costs myself. I've learned my lesson, but buyer beware of bait and switch from this business!!"

"Ordered item US-MINI-TINY miniature wireless color surveillance camera on Monday 9/8/2008, received item Thursday evening 9/11/2008. Item was DOA/non-functional; it did not generate video on input to two different video monitors. ****@**** responded to my web request for a Return Authorization less than 24 hours later. "When I didn't receive my order I emailed the company and they replied that the order was lost and that I would get a full refund. I emailed them asking if I could just reorder. They emailed me back saying they were out of stock. I went to their website and there was no indication that they were out. I emailed them to that effect and they replied that they would let me know. Although they did respond to my emails, I did receive a refund, I still feel like this company is not upfront. They should not indicate that you can order somehting that is out of stock. There emails never encouraged me to reorder."

"In my limited experience, prices on their website seem to range from somewhat overpriced, to too good to be true (as was the case with my gps). I halfway expected my order to be canceled after finding the item ~$60 cheaper than anywhere else, even ebay. These things happen, and it's not fair to blast a seller over it unless it's a frequent recurrence. I went in knowing I might not get the gps.

However, they waited until I e-mailed them a week later to let me know it was out of stock. Listing an out of stock item as new, and not following up on it until they were contacted, shows a lack of organization and customer service. Knocked off a good number of points from my review.

At least after they realized their mistake they gave me a prompt refund. I probably won't be shopping here anymore. I didn't have a bad experience with them, I just don't recommend ordering anything from them that you need to have overnighted."
