"Seems like fraud website!
I ordered 2 mobiles and paid via Paypal. I got the conformation e-mail that my order is being processed and i will receive the mobiles in around 2 days. Then i got another e-mail after 2 days saying that the mobile i ordered is out of stock for the colour i ordered, when i checked the other colours they were more expensive than the one i ordered. Uniqbe then cancelled my order and i am waiting for the refund. I sent them another e-mail saying i was expecting my order the next day and how can they cancel my order because of the total price was low for them to delivery. Then i e-mailed them saying that i am placing another order of different mobiles on their website asked the is the price correct this time so that i don't waste my time and money again. Then they say the price is wrong again via e-mail. So now i am thinking their prices are bogus and the customer cannot have any item at the price advertised, but only the price they give after cancelling orders which are twice as much as the prices advertised on their website!
Absolutely rubbish company and will not do business with them again as they will cancel any order they feel like and then charge the customer extortionate prices by e-mail!"

i had a slight issue with a phone. the mic was working to good. they suggested i take it in for repairs and offered to refund me the money i spend.

it was a small issue. piece of the plastic cover was blocking the mic. they removed it at no cost

"I ordered a camcorder from this company, when it arrived the contents in the box was not as advertised. I contacted the company and was told that an error was made in the listing and they were very sorry. When buying online the only information you have to purhase an item is what the seller puts on its Web site, if that information is not correct how can you make an informed decision to buy the product from that company. This is false advertising and I would not recommend ordering from this company. "

"DO NOT dropship with Uniqbe. Bad rating. I only ordered 3 items from them, and had 2 complaints, one of a cheap import version camcorder, and a faulty phone which broke a month later. Amazon closed my seller account indefinitely and suspended my funds which I paid out my own credit card. I want to warn others thinking of using their dropship service to stay away. I do not recommend them at all. In fact, don't dropship from any chinese supplier."

Handling / processing is quick, and very efficient / consistent. I'll admit that I wish they had more competitive pricing to allow for a larger profit margin and so that I could offer more competitive pricing. However, aside from that - Uniqbe is truly a GREAT drop-shipper.

I will admit that for my market (never locked iPhone 3GS), I have yet to ever find a supplier that is both legitimate and cheaper, I just still (perhaps naively) want to believe that there is cheaper pricing out there.

Everything is pretty clear cut and easy to work with. Nice to be able to offer such fast shipping to customers for such a low price.
Shipping via FedEx is consistently very fast (literally 1 - 2 days to the US on all of my US customers), and they only charge $24.20 for that.

I have placed a total of 6 orders now with Uniqbe. They are extremely efficient and professional - every time.

Don't shy away because they are in Hong Kong - many many legitimate companies are, it's mostly the mainland China that you've got to stay away from. My customers have been happy each and every time, and I do plan to keep using Uniqbe as my supplier.

I must have asked the different reps at this company 1000 different specific questions, and it seems that they are still willing to put up with me so far!
