"All of the products I ordered were listed as "In Stock". I added rush processing and 3 day delivery because I needed the items ASAP. I called three days after I ordered to check the status and was told NOTHING WAS IN STOCK!!!!
Not only did they list everything in stock when it wasn't, they didn't bother contacting me at all about it. In addition the APC AP9228 MasterSwitch items had been discontinued and they could not even back order them.

After 3 weeks, 4 phone calls, 4 faxes, 4 emails they finally told me Epson disqualified them for professional ink. But they still did not refund my credit card charge!!! "
"Ordered via unistorage website before business hours on a Monday, the were the only store that had the parts I needed *in stock* (their website listed them as in stock). Placed order, got the usual thank you for creating account, thank you for your order e-mails.
By Wednesday with no news/e-mail, I called. Nice guy answered and said I should be getting a tracking number Thursday. OK, pretty dang slow order processing, but if they're the only ones with the parts, what're you going to do?
Thursday afternoon. No tracking number/e-mail. Sent e-mail to them requesting it again. Later that night checked my acct. and found I hadn't even been billed yet! No response to e-mail.
Friday. Called again. Nice guy transferred me to nice lady. Said parts had not been in stock until that week! Should be getting tracking number soon as parts had been shipped.
Monday. No tracking number. No parts. No e-mail.
The Good:
Nice service staff.
Easy ordering from site.
The Bad:
Inaccurate website information as to inventory. Never would have bought the parts had I known they were not in stock and just waited 'til my regular supplier had them.
Terrible communication. If you want the info, you have to bug them for it; no guarantees you'll get any regardless.
Shipping costs high. Though the parts were cheaper, the additional cost of shipping exceeded my normal ependiture at my regular supplier by more than double for the *exact same* shipping service. EDIT: On receipt of parts only one had additional packaging done, the other was in the mfr. box. Can't claim the extra $$ was for additional packing.
Very slow order processing.
Will not order from again.
EDIT: Received parts the following Friday. The math: 11 days 'til I got the product - 3 day shipping = 8 days before the product left their warehouse. Not good if your're in a hurry, and doesn't make 3-day shipping a worthwhile expenditure."

One box was busted up when it arrived, but that is probably the fault of UPS."
