"Purchased Buddy Club seat rails for a Evo x in july through Ebay which listed that they had 10+ instock, after it hadn't shipped a week later I tried calling but no one picked up after a couple of tries I e-mailed them instead and waited another week for a response saying that it should ship by the end of august but its now october and it still has shipped and they're not responding to e-mails finally decided to just dispute the order with my bank. I would suggest that people go to a more reputable retailer, might cost a bit more but at least you'll get your items."

"Buyer Beware these clowns are scammers. I ordered a SPEC clutch kit from them and they put my order on hold because my shipping and billing address were not the same. After calling this rude, arrogant, clown of a CSR, I was told the only way they would complete my order is if I faxed a copy of the front and back of my visa debit card, my ID and a copy of my billing statement, or a photo of my checking account screen on the computer. They said it was to verify in the card holder... I felt they are scammers and identity thiefs... I told them to stick the clutch where the sun doesn't shine...."

"1 star is 1 too many for these jerks! I would NOT recommend using this company, unless if you don't mind getting ripped off. God help you if you have to return your part, get ready to pay dearly. We bought a part that was nothing special, no special order, just a cold air intake. When we recieved the part, which didn't even come out of the plastic it was shipped in, we could tell it wouldn't fit immediately. The part was sent back the same day and we ordered another intake that day, same price range. This company has horrible customer service and they thrive on ripping off the public for every penny they can. They charge ridiculous restocking fees, on parts that are not special order. Once I complained about the fees, they then came back and said I was lucky to get any refund because the part came back damaged. They are not beyond lying to try to make their point. If the part had truly come back damaged, they would never have given any refund. Still the restocking fees are a joke. There are many companies out there with better pricing, do NOT use UltraRev.com."

"Ultrarev has terrible customer service. I initially called them to see if their options to shipping to Canada for CAI, which they told me was in stock. I ordered it online right after the call. One week later I called to see what the status was since I received no email from and they told me its back ordered for 1 month! Now a month later, it still hasn't shipped out and they said it will next week, however Canada Post is on strike now!! They want another $80 to upgrade to Fedex service and they wont take any sort of responsibility."

"Don't do business with this company! The customer service is terrible, and they refused to allow me to return my item. They lied and said that my clutch plate was a special order, and would not take it back. There was nothing at all special about it! They had it in stock, I put in the shopping cart and purchased it. According to them a special order is something that has been personalized or specially fitted, and the part I ordered was neither. I'm considering contacting the Better Business Bureau."

"I too had the same exact problem as the others... It's now been over 3 weeks with no parts and no information on my order. I called ultraRev.com and was treated very bad on the phone and still no information, they couldn't even find my order... they sure found it to charge my credit card the same day the order was placed... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS, YOU WOULD BE DISSAPOINTED AS WELL...."

"On September 1st I placed an order with them for three items totaling $351 with 3 day ups express shipping. I received one item within the 3 days however the main item, an injen powerflow cold air intake for my truck is nowhere to be found and it's been over two weeks since I placed my order. I've emailed them and they have failed to respond and their website doesn't provide any tracking numbers although they provided one for the one item that I did receive after I contacted them and requested a tracking number which they provided after ups delivered it.

Based upon my experience so far I cannot recommend doing business with this company.
