What's the problem? The product is sold with the statement that the support provided ?? As provided if you do not reply to e-mail !!

"I received much needed ink refills for my Epson Photo printer cartridges for Christmas (it was not delivered until the end of January). The refills have no instructions, pictures, etc. to explain how to use them. For fear of ruining my very pricey cartridges, I contacted the company for instructions. I have used their "chat" application twice, have called twice (they have only an answering machine) and sent three emails with no response. It's hard to believe they're allowed to call themselves a company. They steal from those who order from them and should be shut down permenantly."

"I personally do NOT recommend ordering from this company. I have had nothing but trouble since I received my HP 309A CI system. After a few back and forth chats online and on the phone, I was told to send back the system for a refund. I sent it back via Priority mail so I could track it. A couple of weeks after it was returned, by tracking the package, I still had not heard back from the company, so I called a few times and finally got someone live. I was told a refund check would be sent asap. It was and I deposited the check into my account and a few days later I received a notice from my bank that the UltraGamut checking account had closed and I was given a $10 service fee added. I called the company a few times before I got the same guy live. He was apologetic and I was assured a new check with the $10 service fee added to the amount they own me, from a current account would be sent to me. Well that was three months ago and NO check. Several emails, phone messages and NO response. I just filed a complaint with the BBB of southern CA. So I am hoping this will get me my money refunded. It’s like I told the GUY who owns the company, You have the merchandise back in your procession, I just want the money back in my account. BE AWARE. Well BBB of CA had NO luck either so I am out $100 from this DISHONEST Company.

"AVOID this vendor and their many off-shoot companies!!!!!!

Ordered a CIS in late Oct and as of early Dec I have not received anything; no response to multiple emails; chat is not up and they do not answer their phones. I usually google vendors for problems before ordering their products, but for some reason I did not; perhaps seduced by their slick website, which is very well done.

My login doesn't work; so no way to check that way either.

I also received a USPS tracking number for the order the day after the order was submitted. Checked the tracking number with USPS and it indicated USPS was electronically notified by the vendor that a pkg was coming but had not yet received a pkg. This status never changed so it appears USPS never actually got anything to ship.

Its clear in doing a goodle search of "ultragamut scam" that many people have had problems of not shipped product, shipping the wrong product, no response to queries, parts that don't fit, bounced refund cheques and so on.

I have also initiated a dispute with my CC company to see if I can get my funds back.

For now I'm just going to keep refilling myself; perhaps the Epson L100 and L200 now available in Asia will be available in NA soon (google it).

So consider yourself warned!!!!

"I recently purchased a ciss kit made by Ultragamut. This is the best investment that I ever made in printing. Between the quality of the ink, the simplicity of the system and the courteous and responsive support team, you can't go wrong. Do yourself a major favor. Invest in Ultragamut ciss. "Wish I had read some reviews before buying.
I ordered a CIS system for my MX870 in October 2010.
I did eventually receive a parcel, but what was inside wasn't for the MX870 (the only pieces that were correct were the cartridges). They never answer emails, and a dispute via Paypal was a dead end. "Not our problem, consult the vendor". Not much help when you never get a reply.
So I am down $125 USD.
Would I buy from them again?
What do you think?

"I ordered CIS kit for Canon MX 870. Kit came with wrong bracket,VERY bad instructions and some parts missing. Now I am in process of sending emails and I hope getting reply. At this point very disappointed. I cold buy cheaper and better kit with proper customer support. We all make mistakes. Hope this will help somebody."

"I had a similar problem as the review above me had.. bought the system and they sent the wrong attachment parts. I sent a couple of emails and tried to reach them on the chat but it was nearly impossible to reach them on the chat. WHEN I finally did reach them, they were very nice and spent a ton of time "chatting" with me about the problem and what could be done to fix it.... Long story short, they DID fix the problem. Granted I was a bit fumed but the did send the correct parts! The system is working pretty good now.. I have very little complaints about the actual system. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to people and I think they're probably trying to do good, they do need to work on the response for emails... I WILL probably buy from them again like I said, I'm pleased with the actual system! I'm realistic! "

"Ultragamut is not a vendor you want to deal with if you are ordering a CIS for Canon Pro9000 Mark II. Their CIS is not design for the Canon Pro9000. The tubing is design for a printer where the printhead parks on the left hand side of the printer. The Canon Pro9000 printhead parks on the right side. If you try to reroute the tubing you'll find it's too short. As far as customer service there is none. "

"Purchased C.I.S. for Canon PIXMA MX860. Shipped quickly, but wrong kit. When I was able to contact support (slow to respond to live chat), they sent me the correct kit, and I am returning the other for a refund to my cc for the shipping.
The system works great. Took a bit of doing to get the setup right, but after a tech support chat, they figured out my problem, and it works great now. The kit supplied with this companies ink-set was not a perfect fit for the printer, but they accidentally shipped a piece that after some cutting, fit as a stand to keep the lid open a bit so as to not squeeze the ink tubing.
all said, OK product, slow service, OK company. I will purchase further systems from them.
