"I was/am very disappointed with this retailer.

They indicate on their website delivery times of 3-8 business days, which in the worst case scenario would have put my order on the door step Dec. 14th. Can you imagine my surprise when I called them on the Dec.15th and they informed me the scheduled delivery was Dec.24th ?

To make things worse, I could not login to their site with the email ID used to send the receipt, their on-line "chat" does not work and their phone number only works in the US. Finally, I had to get a third-party to call them to tell me when the package would arrive and received this unbelievable news.

Their prices were exactly the same as other providers and has I known they would perform this badly, I would have bought elsewhere. "

"I am having the same shipping problem as one of the other reviewers. I ordered the item a week ago and received an e-mail with a fedex tracking number saying that the item has been shipped. However, the progress of the package has never moved and fedex says that they are still waiting for the package from the shipper. I tried to e-mail their self-proclaimed outstanding customer service department 2 days ago and have not received a response from them.
