Had a little trouble with the butt joints when a piece of a different thickness wouldn't match perfectly with the piece it butted to. I had to sand and fill those joints considerably. "

"As a journeyman carpenter, i found this product very easy to install. I do not reccomend the premade corners. The corners I dealt with were out of square and not plumb. The drywall mud job was wavey. (can't see that from standing in the room) If the premade corners were aprox. a foot long in both directions, it would have been much easier to match the joints. The amount of sanding I did defeated the purpose. If I was to do it again, I would just try my hand at cutting them and then caulking the joint. I will reccomend this product. "I ordered samples, they arrived within a few days. When I made my order, Vicki in Cust service helped me quite a bit as there was some sort of shipping strike going on at the ports in CA. And the particular crown I wanted was back ordered. So I ordered another crown for the livingroom, and much to my surprise it was better looking than what I was going to order. We also ordered another crown molding for the foyer and base moldings for the livingroom and foyer. Everything came on time. We will be ordering more from them in the future.
