Poor service and irresponsible behavior with customers' money.

"I tried to buy with them, I paid with my credit card, they received the money, they still did not return it (a week ago) they never generated the order, and after more than 5 days of begging an answer they told me that because my credit card is international, they suspected that I was going to export the products. A problem with credit card took 5 days to respond, I should even go to twitter to motivate a response. Poor service and irresponsible behavior with customers' money."

Learn from my mistake

"Learn from the mistakes of others. DO NOT make the mistake of purchasing Ubiquiti products. I purchased a Bullet 2HP and an air Gateway to enhance my WiFi signal on my boat. The first Bullet 2HP I received did not work from day one and because they have such poor business practices and no technical/customer support phone number to call, it took countless hours of frustrating emails to get them to send me a replacement. And, that one didn't work. They also have a no return policy. They lack the confidence in their own product that they do not want it back. Again, because they have no way of calling a customer service representative I spent countless hours over a 7 month period emailing back and forth trying to make their products function properly. They were never successful and to this day the Bullet 2HP does not work. And because of their extremely poor business practices of depending solely on email correspondences to deal with their customers they tell me now that the Bullet 2HP is longer under warranty. They strung me along to the point that they ran out their warranty.
Bottom line: Ubiquiti has extremely poor business practices and ethics, especially in our world of E-commerce, their products are poorly made and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Learn from my mistake, DO NOT buy Ubiquiti products.

"I purchased a Nanobridge for testing their equipment (currently using Deliberant). The product was reasonably functional and well priced.

Unfortunately, when I attempted to get pre-sales support and had technical questions about the Nanobridge equipment I already had, I was exposed to their nonexistent support. It is only available via email and it is not prompt at all. When they finally responded, unless I replied immediately, communication would lag as response times seem to be completely random.

This level of service is completely unacceptable to me and I will not be adopting their product line. All potential customers should be aware that, should your equipment go down, it might be down for a long time before you can figure things out on your own.

"They make amazing products at really low prices. Their main issue is that phone support is pretty much non-existant. They utilize their support forum to allow customers and Ubiquiti engineers to interact and help solve installation issues. They do have a few good partners that offer good tech support. I have really enjoyed their products and can't wait to see what they come out with next. They have a cult following much like Apple in the Wireless Broadband world."

"Ubiquiti Netorks products are low priced and generally work, but don't expect ANY support from them AT ALL. They do not respond to any emails sent or voicemails left. This is totally unacceptable and the worst customer service a company can provide.

The best bet is their support forums, where you hope some other other neglected customer might be able to help you.
