Poor delivery service and communication with costomer

"Placed order and paid, but after 6weeks items were not delivered and no response provided on two following enquires on the status of the oder. To date there has been no further communication. This poor considering the order is in excess of $500. It has now been two months and I am still in the dark with regards to the status of my order."

NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY??? THEY USED TO BE GOOD!!!

"Horrible Customer Service and lies from the owner and employees.
Under normal circumstances, for any seller online, you make a purchase and you receive an email for your order. Under UUC, you do the same thing, but you never get your order. So you follow up by sending an email and you get an auto-reply email that a representative from UUC will reach out to you within 24 hours. That never happens!! No reply to your email, no call back!! Then you call customer service, you get promises and only promises. No tracking numbers, no reference numbers, nothing. You then wait, wait, and keep waiting. Your car is waiting too because you don't have the parts. All this downtime, you decide to make another call. More lies about "let me check the back truck and will call you back" or "we received one part and still waiting on another". Don't waste your time with UUC. You as a customer are not valued. There are many companies out there that will gladly serve you in a timely manner. I really dislike leaving a bad review for a company that I've purchased from in the past and they were good. But now, they lost another customer. Please read reviews before making buying decisions. I realized my mistake not reading reviews based on previous purchases. I'm not sure what's happening with this company. UUC Motorwerks should be honest with their customers. Using deceptive methods by lying about parts, making false promises, not providing information or tracking, making customers wait weeks and months with no product, will only push customers away. This is bad business!!!!

Horrible Customer Service

"Great product, please do not buy from UUC. I bought a replacement D-Force rim and wheel spacers and the estimated shipping time gave me plenty of time to work with between races. Shipping ran roughly a week late, gave them a call and they told me it wasn't shipped yet but they'd do so right away. Another week elapsed, called back, they told me they accidentally shipped it to themselves ( from the manufacturer ) instead of me, told me they'd correct it right away. Finally got the rim after weeks of delays but did not get the spacers and the rim was bent. Called back, they told me they made the same mistake and shipped the spacers to themselves and to speak to UPS regarding the bent rim. Finally received the spacers but they only shipped one of the two sets. Called back, they shipped out the second set. During the call I told them UPS would not cover the bent rim due to different policies between Canada and the USA. I was told to leave it with them and they'd call back, that was late summer 2016. It is now spring 2017 and I haven't heard anything from them since. It took roughly 5 months and way to many phone calls to get all my parts with barely an apology and a vague offer of restitution which they still have not fulfilled. In every instance of dealing with UUC they went out of their way to deflect blame and infer that I was being unreasonable. I even tried to write an honest review on their website and they refuse to post it! Please buy elsewhere!!! I beg you!

"Very likely the poorest transaction I've had all year, definitely the worst I remember of all my purchases online.

Summary: Dishonest with order updates, almost never returned a promised call, poor attitude on the phone. Tipping point: when Rob confirmed my order shipped and reconfirmed it over the phone, and I called Schroth and confirmed with them that my order did not ship. 7 weeks later, I still have no harnesses.

Full Review:

I purchased a pair of Schroth harnesses from them on September 13, 2015. It is now November 3rd and I don't even have a tracking number, nor a real status update on the order. This is not surprising though, because almost every exchange I've had with them over the last 7 weeks has been poor.

I chose UUC originally due to their solid reviews on Facebook as well as their 10% off sale with free shipping. This saved me maybe $100 versus ordering from a different vendor or directly from Schroth. In retrospect this was a poor decision.

After a week or so of my order page being unprocessed, I called them for the first time to find out the status of my order. The lady on the phone, Katie I think, told me that the order would ship in the next few days and that she would call me back. Neither happened, but I did see that they remembered to charge my account for the order, and changed the status to "In Process".

Over the next couple of weeks, I would call back every few days to ask on the status of the order, with similar replies that it would ship in the next day or so and that they would call me back with details of the shipment. Each time, the person on the line was extremely short with me and seemed annoyed at having to answer a phone call.
Around the first week of October, I got a more concrete response of Schroth's system being down and that they weren't able to check on my order.

On October 9th at 2:28 PM I finally got my first call back from them. Katie left a voicemail explaining that the belt was out of stock in the bolt-in configuration but could ship as a clip-in belt. I was to let her know whether I would prefer to keep the bolt in style and wait 3-4 more weeks, or change my order to a clip-in. By the time I had a chance to call back, she was already out of the office.

Over the next week, from the 12th to 16th of October, I attempted to call them back to update my order to a clip-in harness. Rob answered my phone each time, telling me that Katie was the one handling my order and she would need to make the change. He would not update my order himself, and she was never in the office when I called. I asked for him to leave a note for Katie and for her to call me back to confirm the update. A week passed and this never happened.

On the week of the 19th of October, Rob finally acted on my order change when I called him again, and send off the preference update to Schroth, telling me it would now ship. This was confirmed in an email response I sent asking about getting a tracking number if the order shipped.

His response:
“We just resolved which version of the harnesses you want when we spoke the other day. Your order was shipped immediately.”

No tracking number provided. He didn’t response via email anymore after that.
On the next call with Rob on the week of the 26th of October, he was adamant that I would receive my harness that week. Still no tracking number, of course.

At this point, I tried contacting Schroth instead. After all, if the order did ship, that means at the very least, my order was in their system.
Thursday October 29, 2015, I got on the phone with Schroth and explained the situation I was in:
I placed an order for your harnesses and have had illegitimate updates on the order over the last 6 weeks with false estimates and shipping updates. Could you look up my order in your system and update me directly?
To my surprise, the man on the line was eager to help. I had forgotten how pleasant dealing with customer service from a respectable company could be. He confirmed my name and order with me and told me what was actually going on with my belt order: The webbing was being manufactured and neither belt type was ready to ship. He reconfirmed with me that the order did not ship, and gave me an estimate that the belts would be finished the following week.
Afterwards, he recommended mounting options for the belts in my car and discussed my concerns with a clip-in belt vs bolt-in. In none of this was he impatient or unfriendly. We ended the call with him welcoming me to call again the following week for a more precise update and any additional help needed.

This call reaffirmed two major points in my mind. Firstly, that UUC Motorwerks had been dishonest with me about the shipping of my order and likely many of their updates with me (save for the belt being out of stock and their changing my belt type with Schroth). Secondly, that their treatment of their customer was unacceptable.

"UUC is a very difficult company to work with if anything goes wrong with your order. The owner Rob and Arjun get very defensive and emotional, and they will lie to your face even if you have emails and evidence to prove your side. They will fight tooth and nail to not have to make good on their products and services, so if you do business with them just hope nothing goes wrong. "

"Junk product. Terrible service, overcharged, price jacked and my card recharged. shipping issues. problems throughout. Owner didn't want to know about it. Now i find the product is junk and not fit for purpose. Rob (owner) refuses to fix under warranty.
Never again. Do NOT buy from UUC. Research first. Plenty of people in the same boat.

"My endlinks on the rear sway bar went bad, Rob @ UUC knocked $25 off list and had them to me the next day. The new endlinks look a lot better and they fixed my clunking."
