Was ripped off for over $300

"DO NOT CHECK THE BOX THAT CLAIMS YOU ACCEPT PARTIAL SHIPMENTS. These scam artists charged me over $350 in additional, unagreed shipping charges and fought SO hard against my bank that even my bank could resolve it. I don't know how they continue to get away with it but I DEFINITELY will never be ordering from them for my business ever again. "

"I was starting a new projects and i ordered and paid for 4oz and 3 0z bottles. This order was placed in September 2018. I just started to use the bottles in January 2019 and wanted to re-order the same 40z ones. I called UsPlastic to place a new order. The customer service lady i spoke to told me that i had paid for 10oz and 8oz bottles and she told me that is what she has on record. 2 weeks later, i called US Plastic and spoke with another customer service representative. I told her that we need to have the error corrected since i had paid for 100z and 8oz and got 4oz and 3oz botyles. She knew the company have made a mistake on their end but she was lying to me that the rep i spoke to 2 weeks ago told me to return the product. Thats a lie. I did not want to return the product. I simply want them to correct their mistakes, credit me what i have overpaid, place a new order and have the amount over paid to my new order. We make mistakes but we can simply assume responsibility, grow up and correct our mistakes. Instead of helping me the customer service representative put me to her supervisors voicemail. Very poor way to treat a customer and because of how you treated me today, u will not do well in business, correct your mistakes. Very unscrupulous, no integrity at all. I work hard for my money. Dont do business with US Plastic!"

Worst customer service in the world

"I wish I would've seen all the other rating of US Plastics before I bought with them. But it's the same thing as the other 1 and 2 star reviews. They said items were in stock that weren't, super slow shipping. They said 4-5 days to get it to me it's been two weeks. You get the idea. Look somewhere else. "

Wrong items, slow shipper

"They sent me the wrong tubing. I called up their support team, and they told me they could ship out replacement tubing but that it would take about a week. What the heck? They said a week was the best they could do.

I recommend you make your order from somewhere else, these guys aren't in any hurry to satisfy their customers.

"I bought some plastic buckets and this company is wonderful to deal with. My order came quickly and I plan on buying more as soon as I need more for my business. On top of it all they also shared that they give all their profits away, what a cool thing in this day and age of corporate greed."

"As a small business owner, US Plastics order quantities were an enticement to purchase from them. Each order was filled promptly and arrived in correct quantities.

That said, recently ordered 2 Tap N Tip units with 1/2 gallon bottles. Followed the assembly instructions then within 24 hours both units cracked then broke making them totally unusable. There is a design flaw or the plastics used are not up to the stress the bottle places on the unit.

Contacted US Plastics by email (all email accounts listed on their web site). Its now been 18 days and have had zero responses. Apparently they don't care about customer service. They include pamphlets about how God runs their business. Well he must be on vacation.

Going to take my business elsewhere.

"First experience - happy with the selection and the website. Ordered a lot of plastic pipe fittings and valves for a project. Everything showed as in stock. Notified several times via e-mail that entire order had shipped within a couple days, GREAT! Except it hadn't. Order arrived without some key bits so I contacted them and was informed they were coming from a separate vendor and wouldn't ship for a few more days.

That's crap. If an outfit says something is in stock, it should be in THEIR stock and ready for immediate shipping as far as I am concerned.

There are other places to get this stuff and I probably would have gone elsewhere if I had realized it would take 2 weeks to get all my stuff to be able to finish the work.

"Customer service at US Plastics needs some attention. I was hung up on for being dissatisfied.
I ordered some clear acrylic half balls (400 quantity) of which, once I painted the flat side, I noticed that they all had a dimple in them and a few had air bubbles.
I called customer service to get some help.
Because my order was placed 4 months ago, they simply could not help. The only thing I could do is return the unused product for minus a 25% restock fee. Is that good customer service on a defective item? I got no compassion, no "sorry about that inconvenience" whatsoever. Instead I was passed from customer service rep to customer service rep, to a voice mail as nobody at US Plastics cared to take ownership of the problem.
I asked if I could have a discount on a future order if I decided to remain a customer, which they flatly told me NO. I really can't believe it. It can be so easy to please a customer, but in this case no.

"Worst quality I've ever encountered! All these other reviewers seem pleased with their DVD cases and whatever, probably b/c it's hard for USP to screw it up. I ordered 2 pieces of custom-cut acrylic mirror. It arrived very poorly packaged, not labelled properly as "Fragile", resulting in a scratch across one mirror rendering it useless, but the worst thing was the edges - scalloped and pitted by either a dull or too-large bandsaw blade. This could have easily been scored and cleanly cut by bending - or else they should have had beveled stock on hand as I'd ordered what should have been a standard size, 12x24. In addition to the sloppiness of the whole order, they spend extra time & money inserting "come to Jesus" literature in the package. Plus, all during the period between receiving the product and returning it, I was getting an email order acknowledgement over and over and over saying my order was on the way - up to 2 weeks after I'd received it. I returned the mirrors for a refund, and no word from them at all until I later had to ask where the refund was, and then found out they screwed me on the shipping cost, so I ended up paying their shipping and my shipping both. "

"My order arrived promptly and all merchandise was packed well. I was provided with tracking information throughout the process. I will order from them again.

I ordered multi-disc DVD cases. usplastics.com lets the customer order in small quantities as well as large ones. Many other merchants will only sell by the case.

"Excellent source for DVD cases: no minimum amount, cheap prices, good selection. Fast shipment, properly packed. Incorrectly filled order (one item was omitted) was quickly corrected, they did not charge for reshipment by UPS. When I called, I got a real person immediately. DVD case inserts a good buy, since they increase capacity of case to 2 DVDs at miniscule cost. This was a first-time test purchase, I'll be getting all my DVD cases from them in the future."
