"I placed my order and heard nothing about it for a while. I asked if it was shipped and didn't get a response until 2 days after it arrived.

I ordered two products and one of them was defective. the wireless finger mouse had a broken right mouse button and the computer wouldn't even detect it. I paid extra for a wireless mouse and it doesn't even work. I emailed the seller and he said we should discuss sending a replacement. I asked if he would be paying for shipping and got no response. I emailed again 2 weeks later and still have received no reply - that was months ago.

No replacement, minimal (changing to non-existant) communication, and I'm out $35 for a useless piece of plastic.

On a previous order months earlier the battery door on a wireless device cracked over time and finally gave out. I couldn't keep the battery in the device to it stopped working. Same statement of replacement, and same stoppage of communication.

I will not be buying here again. I recommend that people stay away as well. Save your money.

"Placed the order on 01/29/09. The package was shipped on 02/03/09. Today is 02/18/09. I'm still waiting for the package.
No tracking number. No shipment notice.
Very disappointed...

"I ordered an internal US card reader on December 6, 2008. I paid through PayPal and was charged the same day. I never received notice of shipping so emailed them after 10 days. I did get a response several days later telling me it had been shipped via USPS but that there was no tracking number.

I've contacted them 2x since and they provide no information. I asked where the unit was shipped from and was informed it was Hong Kong (which is NOT indicated on their web site).

I would suggest that one look for other sources of supply given the lack of information, slow delivery and foreign shipment.
