"I have bought roughly 75 systems from CIB security USA Security Store. Had a couple failed hard drives and a couple cameras. My last customer bough a 16 channel the board fried. They replaced the board with a OLD board and now you can't wheel the mouse to scrool in to zoom and the old board you have to draw a square to zoom which is horrible. Now, 4 months after they replaced the board the HDMI port went out on my customer. This with a OLDER BOARD they installed on a newer DVR. They want me to pay shipping and repair costs. They hardly ever reply to emails since COVID and have gone way down hill. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"

"I purchased a $400 security dvr and 4 Sony cameras. I should have looked at Costco first. The owner's manual is poorly written not explaining obvious information needed by a first time user. I have placed three CS calls to them. The dvr has malfunctioned twice. I am trying to catch an intruder on my property. The second and critical malfunction occurred the last time the intruder came onto my property. The dvr failed to record. Also it would not accept it's own default password. USA Security had no answers for these problems. Nice CSR lady but minmally helpful. The owner has a short fuse and was inappropriate in communication. I think she has been patronizing me. Costco has an almost identical dvr and cam system for $130 less including shipping. "USA Security" has a very short time to return eveything, like 3-7 days. So now I am stuck with this unknown dvr (CIB Security branded)under the 1 year warranty only. Shop somewhere else folks for your home security needs. "
