"They do not have the means nor the know-how to run this on-line store. No one returns your "customer support" questions. Mine is still unresolved as of this writing. Phone numbers are not easy to come by on the site because they only want emails. But, if they aren't returned, what good is it. The item I ordered stated it would be shipped on Dec. 14th. That is clearly not the case. The website still states "In Process" since Dec. 8th. It is now Dec. 20th. I was put on hold for 28 minutes and then I was told I can not alter nor can I cancel my order. They are not "able" to do that, is what he said. I have to wait till it comes in, then refuse the package. This is a terrible site to order from...please beware. I need to go out a buy a new gift and refuse this one when it comes in. What a hassle!! Never again. "
