"Purchased a pair of soccer indoor shoes in a size 9 that I typically fit in all makes and models, but this size 9 I order was extremely narrow and I could not fit my foot in it. I requested a refund. I had to pay shipping back, as there was no return label included. A few weeks later received a credit for the full amount minus the shipping I originally paid for and no reimbursement for the shipping I paid to send the item back. I literally lost $30 for a shoe that never fit. I contacted the company and received short responses stating they would not pay for the shipping and never even responded to my last email regarding my reimbursement for shipping the item back. I would be very careful in purchasing any item from U90soccer. I truthfully will not ever purchase from them again. "
