"I ordered on Jan 28 for my grandson's birthday on Feb. 14. Received an email confirming my order and said I would get an email with tracking number when it ships. I heard nothing for over a week so I sent an email through their customer service link. Heard nothing so a couple of days later I called their customer service number and was told my order would be upgraded. Now getting closer to the day we have to leave so I call again and was told "in all honesty" it wouldn't get their in time but would send my order to the supervisor. I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told that wasn't possible. If I hadn't, wanted my merchandise so badly, I would've cancelled. Tried one more email with urgent as the subject. Received an email that it was on the shipping line. Waited another day and emailed back "tracing number?" Was finally sent the tracking number! Package arrived 1 hour after we left for my grandson's birthday. Really wanted to like this company because they have some unique products. Just beware that it may take awhile and they are hard to get answers from.
