"Ordered 4 pecan trees. 3 died. Replacement form comes back undeliverable. Called. Told me to wait until after June, they might be dormant. The sticks are dead!!! Still cant send form in. "
"I was very skeptical when I received my trees because they came bare with just one root. My skepticism was right after two months even after daily watering my trees failed to grow. I would never buy anything from them again!!!! I am going to call them tomorrow and ask for my money back. I should have known better they were the least expensive nursery I checked on. Now I know why!!!!"
"It has been over 3 months since I have requested a replacement for the plans that I have purchased. I have been very patient I've sent several photos. I ordered several bamboo plants of a certain height and all that showed up was several bags of dirt and a few sticks sticking out of them. I order two 7 Foot sycamore tree saplings and I was sent trees that were cut down to 7 feet that never regenerated. I have been given the runaround instead of good customer service we would have bought several more times if we have been treated properly. I warned anyone from purchasing from this company. I have ordered several times from Lewis bamboo and the purchase price was a third cheaper so I figured I would give it a shot. Truly proves you pay for what you get. I feel terrible to leave this review but unfortunately I have no choice at this point."
"GARDEN WEB , an internet website that is popular all over the United States has a WATCH-DOG report on Nurseries and Companies that sell plants. It was always a great GO TOO before ordering but what Im seeing now , not anymore.
Ty Ty had one of the worst if not the worst customer dissatisfaction claims of them all. Mail-order shoppers that Im familiar with in garden forum and message boards have long known NOT to do business with them.
This company also operates under other company names so always beware when you mail order.
You wont find TyTy listed anymore at the Watch Dog on GARDEN WEB because its said they threatened to sue them if they didnt remove their name and GARDEN WEB obliged.
Sorry you lost your money. Go to a garden forum and message board when you have doubts. Someone will see it and share what they know."
"TyTy shipped 4 trees totalling $80 in small slim box that weigh virtually nothing. 2 of 4 orders were supposed to be 3 gallon tree and 2 of 4 5-6 feet trees. All of the trees were about 2-2 1/2 feet high and with virtually no root.
Of which 3/4 trees were either already dead or was not healthy enough to survive replanting (I'm still watering them but not looking good). Return shipping is not free, so I did not even bother with return shipment).
I wanted other shoppers to be aware of my bad experience so I left a few bad reviews on their website corresponding to each tree types I purchased. I saw a few other very unhappy people with negative experiences while doing so. Everytime I return to their website, any bad reviews posted were being actively filtered out. You cannot trust any reviews that are remaining in their web page.
With their active comment filtering system, I came upon resellerratings.com but did not see their business listed. I decided someone needs to warn people about their shady business so here it is."
