"My bike came in great condition, however the packaging could have been a whole lot better to protect the bike. I rate a 3 out of 10. With regards to customer service. They have no knowledge of the bikes their selling. None!!! They are in place to sell you a bike that's it!!! I know nothing about bikes or how to ride one I bought this bike to learn. I made a phone call to them about my key getting stuck in the gas cap. " not experienced " the guy on the phone told me take a picture and send it to him and he would call me back with an answer. Never called back. So I went to YouTube and got my answer and removed the key. A person with knowledge what have said Ma'ma all you have to do is push a little harder and it will lock in place and then you can remove the key. Don't get me wrong this is not a bad review this is just the insight of the company you are about to spend your hard earned money with. You get what you pay for so stop all the whining. This company is not perfect and life is not perfect. If you want perfect you need to order your bike from www.godmotersports.heaven. the reason I choose txpowersports I read all reviews and they were horrible. I originally wanted to purchase my bike from venom motorsports. But I had to weigh my options I found out it would be best to order from txpowersports. My factors- were shipping from Texas to Arkansas five hours away and how many times my bike would be loaded an unloaded onto the truck. I said this should be great, which it was. As far as the PDI i believe they just assembled the bikes and ship them out. I would have preferred to see at least 10 miles on the bike to let me know they have ridden on the bike to assure me everything worked fine. Not 3 miles, that told me the 3 miles are from being moved around in the warehouse. It will be a couple of months before I actually have a chance to get on the bike and ride. I will do a review on the bike itself. Please do your research on the things you purchase and the companies you purchase from. And you should not have any problems. In all I give Txpowersports a 5 rating out of 10. when I have a chance to ride the bike their rating could jump up.

Please please stay clear, this place keeps emailing me requesting a list of parts along with links to them online, then photos, and videos. I have provided them with all of this (I provided them with a list, links, photos, and videos and they are just pretending they do not exist) and they are continuing to request the same thing just so they can say they "tried helping" they are now being hostile while still not providing any solutions other than a "Nice DOT helmet" for free. how about the money and time put into parts and labor... well they do not care. UPDATE: They actually emailed me back after I left this review to tell me that they WERE going to help me (After 2+ weeks) but after my negative feedback they are no longer going to help me. again STAY CLEAR! Purchased a bike from them and it came damaged, 4-5 issues were apparent, from having to buy tons of new parts because they won't warranty, to having to pay for a mechanic. No matter what, does not matter how cheap or how good of a deal. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They respond with 1 sentence emails, for two weeks now I have been trying to get parts for my bike which I have sent photos and videos, and then they continue to come up with reasons and different ways NOT TO HELP. If you do decide to shop here, well good luck and get ready to wait 1 month for your bike to work after delivery; after 50 emails. I also requested a return and they ignored it. My bike was definitely a parts bike. the issues that came with my bike are unexplainable. The only positive thing was quick shipping with the bike and documents, but that is no good if the rest happens."
"Staff was amazing the bike i purchased is very durable i love it !! RECOMMEND 100% if you need transpartion for a low price !! first i called to see if the bike was in stock the lady on the phone said yes she was very nice enough to give me a price and told me to just come on up to the store i believe her name was adriannah mechanic was very good at his work he made sure to check that all the nuts and bolts were tighten he helped me load my bike up with no questions asked and the man that i purchased with was very good he knew the price right off the bat he knew all the tech specs on the bike answsered all my questions very good sales man his name started with a R and the lady in the office was wonderful as well Angelika was her name she came out with a big smile on her face asked if we needed help best fast service i have ever gotten in a powersports company will be purchasing again FOR SURE !! if you ever need powersports make sure to see them !!"

"Horrible service, horrible website, and a scam I was shopping for mini jeeps adding to cart checking prices finding coupon codes shopping. Then I add the mini jeep classic to the cart do what I was doing for hours pricing and I go to the final check out page where you have to click confirm order and it literally does it by itself. Now that was around 10pm so I waited until the next day and asked for it to be cancelled. The response I received was yes we can cancel it but will have to charge you a 20% restocking fee. So I informed them that I didn’t place the order that their paged confirmed it by itself and they said a manager will contact me. Waited nothing called back 4 times later still no call. Oh and let’s not forget the part that in their own cancellation page it’s 6 percent if you cancel when it hasn’t shipped. So now the last person I’ve talked to said we can cancel it for 6%. I’ve come to the conclusion their website is purposely flawed at the checkout so when I puts an order in without actually pressing the button they can charge people restocking fees. Was literally gonna buy a mini jeep from them just not that one and they blew it, now I will never shop through any of their websites if it says Arlington, TX as store location like 360 Powersports they are all the same company avoid there websites and don’t add things to shopping cart."
"While looking at ATVs with my son on my phone he placed the order without my permission. I have contacted this company multiple times including via chat, email, & phone and requested to cancel the order.
After not getting any reply or email confirmation-- I told them I would just keep the order.
Then I get a text message a week later saying they didn't have the color of ATV ordered and it would be an additional 3 days to ship out.
Once again I have requested for them to cancel the order...then I get a rude message back in email saying "Not sure how your son can place an order..."
I have purchased from these guys before but after this experience I will NEVER buy from them again. They definitely do not care about their customers! Even those that have bought from them multiple times!"
