"I ordered a refurbished monitor (Outstanding price!) from Tiger Surplus and it had arrived completely intact except for the data plug which was missing a couple pins and another pin was bent (making the monitor essentially a very large paper weight). I had e-mailed TigerSurplus stating the monitor was damaged upon arrival. Fortunately, Tiger Surplus' service was outstanding and literally after a few hours, I had received an apology letter from customer service giving an RMA # and then eventually stating they'd send a new monitor to replace the damaged one. A few issues with UPS extended the time for me to receive my monitor (and return the damaged one), but the end result is that I now have working monitor and everyone is happy. I definitely recommend Tiger Surplus and more specifically Dee Adams who was extremely polite and understanding on the phone.

"These guys are great! Ordered on 11/29 and received a tracking number and notice of shipment later that day. I received the package on Thursday, 12/2/2004 (quick for ground shipping!). I ordered a bunch of little stuff and a ton of their Green CPU fans (pulls). They all turned out to be AMD factory fan/heatsinks that are great quality. Everything arrived safely and well packed. These guys are responsive and seem to be efficient. I never had to speak to a human being about my order. These guys are up there with Newegg (in my book). I'll be shopping here more often. Give em' a try. One caveat though - the fans were just packed in peanuts. This may bother some of you out there, but everything arrived safely and I've tested all the fans. I'm using one on my 1.13 GB PIII Tualatin - it rocks!"
