"I ordered a Bark River Bravo 1. Requested my name engraved on knife if it fits, if not my initials. These guys did my initials in lower case and tried to tell me that wasn't weird as people request it all the time.

They also sent me a sheath made of leather instead of the kydex sheath I ordered. They do not want to help me at all after several emails per Bertha.

"I ordered a replacement power supply and decided to upgrade to a higer watt unit to help my computer. I used the cross reference chart and decided on the 630WPS - ATX Power Supply - 630 Watt. This power supply is narrow compared to the original (as stated on site) so I needed to do a little mod to mount it into my chassis.
