"We ordered a Progressive surge protector. It arrived in record time (5 stars for delivery!) but it is missing a couple of items. Interestingly, the box in which the surge protector came had been opened, and a pen touting "Stolen from Tweety's" was enclosed. Instead, it would appear that a couple of pieces (not critical, but still...) that should have arrived with the surge protector were NOT in the box. Yes, the box that had clearly been opened by Tweety's to insert its invoice and its pen. I have not yet called Tweety's to ask them to replace the missing items, but will do so shortly."

""In February of 2016 I purchased a roof vent lid cover. I installed the cover in April 2016. My trailer was on a site 4 hours away. We used the trailer in August 2016 the cover was fine, but when we went to the trailer in May 2017 the lid had holes in it and was very brittle. The cover had been leaking for many months and the rain leaked on the bed ruining the the blankets and resulting in mold and or mildue on bed and coverings. I don't know if the lid was a manufacturing defect or an inferior product. I have another cover that has been on the trailer for 27 years and is still fine. Very disappointed"."
