Horrible customer service!!!!

"Customer service representative was very rude about my order not being shipped on time for a wedding that my son is in. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and was informed I wouldn’t get my order until the following week!!!!"

Non communication

"I order couple items on May 28 for three days shipping. I got no confirmation email that my order was shipped. My card was charged within 12hours.
I tried calling the number on the website no one answers.

I am still awaiting confirmation dont know if my order was shipped, dont know if am even getting the items.

"I ordered several suits for my son, including some handmade bow ties from their sister company, Extras So Sweet, LLC, that also sells products on their website. I could not be HAPPIER about the quality and price of the items I received. The fabric was breathable, washable, and perfect for an active 5 year old. This is the BEST place to shop for kids' formal wear. I won't be going any other place! "I bought a 24 month baptism outfit for my 15 month old boy. Beautiful and all, but it was too small to fit him. I returned it via USPS w/o a tracking information and 1 month later it still hasn't arrived. I've talked to USPS who repeatedly have told me when there's a value on the shipment, it is too common for vendors to receive it and not give the money back. I'm quite disappointed, because there's no absolute solution. I had faith in USPS too, but they apparently have no way to track anything even with a receipt of purchase. Slip on my part to send something w/o tracking. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with this company, just to see if this a common trend with them. They also work as TinyTux, Dainty dress, tiny penguins, boys fashion suit & christening outfit."

"I had a wonderful experience with tuxgear.com. I called the company prior to the purchase. They were attentive and answered all my questions. I ordered the tuxedo on 8/2. The item shipped on 8/3. I received the item a few days later. The quality of the tuxedo was amazing. They also sell peanut butter line of tuxedos for boys. I went to one of the local chain of tuxedo stores to price this same line of clothing. They were going to charge me twice the price. I recommend this store to everyone. They have a customer for life."

"I placed an order from their sister website, tinytux.com and within 12 hours my credit card had posted a charge. I never received an email, phone call or snail mail from them rgarding the order. On 8/28, I left several messages with no response. On 8/29, someone picked up the phone and said my order had shipped, but could not provide a tracking number when I asked. After fumbling for words, they hung up on me. I repeatedly called, and the person kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I contacted their local police department on 8/29 after searching for company and owner information on the internet.
It turns out this business is run out of a home in Meridian, ID and the only phone number is a cell phone.
