Terrible Customer Service

"Bike is nice and arrived fast, poorly packaged; however, that is not the biggest issue, THE MOTOR CUTS-OUT FREQUENTLY ON MOST RIDES. Range can be less than 15 miles. Notified TurboAnt of the motor cut out defect within the first few rides the week it was assembled. Fastfoward 45+ days, still no warranty resolution for a new bike delivery, and still waiting for ANY warranty service, now the 2nd week of February for a bike purchase in December 2021.

12/22 bike arrived
12/25 unboxed bike
12/26 assembled and test rode (noticed a few motor cutouts, but I initially attributed this to operator error by inadvertently pressing the throttle button which caused it to stop functioning) contacted customer support regarding wrong size screws for front fender - which still is not resolved by them - I wound up buying screws from Lowes to properly attach the fender.
12/31 rode on gravel road, motor cutout 6 times (in PA1), contacted technical support of issue
1/2 sent customer support first video, and then took another ride which resulted in 4 more motor cutouts (in PA5)
1/4 received an e-mail indicating that they would follow-up
1/22 TurboAnt did not follow-up, sent them a reminder e-mail with more video of several more motor cut-off
1/24 TurboAnt sent e-mail indicating a probable controller issue and would send a controller after I answered a few questions.
1/25 I sent TurboAnt the answers to their questions
1/27 I sent TurboAnt an inquiry as I had not heard back from previous email I sent them on 1/25
1/28 Received email from TurboAnt they are looking at the issue after their people told them to ship a controller.
1/29 I sent an email back requesting the controller be shipped as that is what they identified as the issue.
1/30 TurboAnt sent a message that the controller is not the issue, but the motor is the issue. The factory is OOS on the motor and it would be 10-15 days before shipping.
1/30 I respond back to TurboAnt requesting an order number so I can verify that the order has been placed as it has been a month since the issue was reported as I now am feeling I am getting the 'run-a-around' from TurboAnt especially since several vendors including a local USA vendor has the item in stock. I also gave them information of a local vendor that has the motor 'in stock' so I don't have to wait 10-15 days, plus additional shipping from China [where Bafang is made].
2/1 Waited 2 days, no response from TurboAnt, sent an e-mail for response, still no response as of today
2/7 Waited another week with no response from TurboAnt, sent another e-mail, still no response as of today.
2/9 Waited 2 days, still no response from TurboAnt, I am sending an e-mail again, still no response.

I am posting this negative review as it has taken TurboAnt more than 45 days to correct a delivery defect under warranty even though I do like the bike - when it works. I am still awaiting for a resolution from TurboAnt at the time of this review.
