"On November 18, I was trying to buy dishes for my Thanksgiving day dinner. I identified the manufacturer as 10 Strawberry Street, but could not find an item number. I e-mailed that company but heard nothing. I also e-mailed Truly the Finest (I don't remember how I made that connection) and heard back quickly from Ellen Sue. She spoke with her contact at 10 Strawberry Street and sent me a picture of two different plates that fit my description. Once I identified the correct plate, she worked with the manufacturer to send 12 dinner plates and 12 bread and butter plates (WTR-6SQ and WTR-10SQ). The box arrived early on Tuesday, 11/22, and the dishes were just what we needed.

Ellen Sue went way out of her way to identify the dishes and get them to me on time. She was one of the people for whom I was thankful on Thanksgiving. She is a great credit to your company.

"Initially, I was turned off by the look of the site. I did, however, find the item I was looking for, which was an Ace Bayou chanille dark blue bean bag... So I called customer service to see if it was in stock and the gentleman who helped me was very polite and helpful. He called e back and let me know the bean bag i wanted was out of stock. i was bummed... but oh well. So he convinced me it would be in in a month or so, so I placed the order. Well, the month came and went. Of course, i didnot know that, but the customer service guy called me and let me know he was aware that the month had come and gone and gave me the information I wanted, which was when my order would be shipping. It arrived, as promised, with some difficulty, but the communication makes me very willing to buy from this site gain in the future."

"I ordered a 16" Soleus Remote Control fan from TrulyTheFinest.com, and upon recieving it the box was damaged. I called and talked to customer service rep Troy who told me that when we oprened it and put it together, if it had any damage, to call or email. Well, the fan itself was not damaged but there was no remote.....
I have called & called, either gotten a busy signal or a message stating I am calling after their normal hours, can't get anyone on the phone, left messages, sent numerous emails, and haven't heard a single thing. hmmmmmm next step, Attorney General's Office!

"I ordered a Danby Dehumidifier from Trulythefinest. Just shy of the 2 year warranty, (just ignore the order year above) the unit quit working. Troy of Trulythefinest's customer service took care of me. I am not sure how he did it, but the next thing I knew, there was a new Danby dehumidifier sitting on my porch when I came home from work! I did not have to pay parts or labor per the warranty, and Danby paid to pick up the old one!
I really appreciated the customer service of Trulythefinest and Danby!
