"I ordered a measuring stick for measuring the height of over the road loads. While filling in the billing and shipping information I neglected to notice that we I put in the c.c. info, it auto-populated to the address of our parent company. I noticed this error when I received the emailed receipt and called to have it corrected. The person that I spoke with said that they could have the address changed but I would have to pay an extra shipping charge of $20-$25. I agreed with this and thought the matter was settled. However, after some time had past and I hadn't received the shipment, I called our parent company and discovered that it had been delivered there and had been taken out of the box and the box had been disposed of. At that point, I just ordered another one which was shipped here. "
