"Ordered 100 promo holos, ended up with 19 axew, 7 fraxture, 2 haxorus, 16 dratini, 9 dragonair, 4 dragonite, 4 bagon, 3 shelgon, 2 salamence, 5 minum, 5 plusle... So out of 100 cards, I got 76 from 4 families. And they are not even real promos, I expected cards that said BW01, XY01, DP01, or simply a number. What I got was cards from premade decks like the dratini deck... Complete Rip off"

"I ordered from Troll and Toad, Super Games and eBay all on the same day, I received Super Games and eBay orders on 1/7, the same day that Troll and Toad decided to put my 5 cards in an envelope and send it to me. Pathetic. I'm still waiting for the cards and didn't have them for last weekend's locals. It's not worth saving the few dollars, I should have just ordered them from Super Games like I usually do. "I bought from Troll and Toad over 60 dollars worth of these unique Yugioh card sleeves that feature the back of the card design. After my package arrived I opened it to find out that they sent me the wrong sleeves! I immediately went to their site to find out how I could get a refund. In order to return the wrong items they sent me I had to fill out a form that you need to print out. I don't have a printer so now I'm stuck with generic card sleeves that I didn't want. That's 60 dollars of my hard earned money wasted. I will never buy from this company again."
"The customer service took a week to put my order in a box. It's taken them another 8 days to bring it to the shipping facility. Economy shipping or not, they should be able to put my stuff in the box by at least the 3rd day. They then told me through CUSTOMER SERVICE (Btw this isn't posted anywhere) that it averages around 40 days to ship via economy. I live in Canada may I add. Please, buy from ANYWHERE ELSE. Don't give these guys anymore money."
"This is a review SOLELY for their Buylist program, selling to TrollandToad. I haven't been able to place an order with them recently, mainly because they never credited what I sold them. They marked it received, processed everything relatively fast, taking around ten days total from the day I shipped it to marking it as confirmed/pending payment. That's when things stopped moving. No activity for weeks. Contacted their customer service and never heard back after another week. Posted on their facebook page and my posts were deleted. They just stopped responding. Weeks go by and I've still got no credit and they've got $130+ worth of merchandise from me. I should note, I used their buylist back in 2012 and the process was smooth and simple. Got credited fast, payout was decent, everything went great, which is why I wasn't too worried about sending in a decent amount of stuff. Unfortunately, they have went downhill so quickly it's crazy. For your sake, AVOID selling to Troll and Toad, the process is awful and you'll end up waiting weeks to get your credit, that's if you're lucky enough to ever get paid. "

"DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! I bought some thing from them it was terrible. I got some cards and they're nm and mine are the opposite. And I looked at the shipping for 10 cards priority over $8.00!!!!!!!!!! Did they say what is the most expensive shipping we can find and use that? And the card prices are expensive. To recap if you want bad cards at an expensive price and slow shipping for a high price or fast shipping for a REALLY expensive price buy from them by all means. And sadly I was suckered into taking their web credits."
"Their definition of NM and mine differ greatly. To me, it means 2 small flawws from factory production and cutting, etc. (pack fresh.) To them, it means as long as it isn't ripped or water damaged, it's NM. Good thing I didn't get aything outrageously expensive."
"A great website with a rich history that most people don't seem to know about (and it's their fault - let them buy overpriced cards from more popular shops) - they have a perfect balance, carrying a lot of good cards in stock, but still selling them at very competitive prices. The only thing that keeps me from giving their prices 5 stars is the price on common MTG singles - they start at 50 cents. Their rationale is that sorting the huge amount of cards they have takes time, i.e. money.
While I agree with that and being too lazy to look for commons anywhere else, still buy them from T&T, it still seems too much. Anyway, I've ordered from them 9 times and going to keep using their site even though they don't give me any discount since they are the most convenient website I've seen.

I would suggest paying a little more at other sites to avoid Toad and Troll at all costs! So where should you buy? At this point, anywhere has to be better than the support and service that they offer."
"Great site, with many choices and good prices on cards. However, their shipping and handling is terrible. I have personally ordered 4 things from them and out of the four times they have lost or delayed 3 of the shipments. One order was two Yugioh cards and it took 20 days to receive, that is just crazy. They are polite and offer to refund my money but the fact they mess up so much is disheartening and frustrating. I would look elsewhere if you want to be sure to get your items and in a timely manner. "
