As long as YOU the ordering customer are capable of using a computer, picking out YOUR correct bike model and year, and the last digits of your vin# helps make sure you are ordering for the correct bike all you have to do is type in what parts you are looking for. The schematic for your bike and parts come up, you order the correct # and the part is shipped to your door. It sure beats my having to drive 45 minutes one way to my closest Triumph dealer, ordering and paying them, 45 minutes back home etc. This company is great!!!"

"I have ordered parts two times from this business. Both times, they have sent me an email asking me to review the service that they provided, *before the item even arrived* I sent a reply the first time, that sure, I would love to review the service, once I got the part and installed it. Since the same thing happened again, it is clear that they neither read their email nor check the tracking information on shipments. (I live in Hawaii, so shipping takes a long time and costs twice as much)

As far as the parts, well, the first time the parts arrived in good condition, the number and item I ordered. I hope to get the second item soon.

So, thumbs up on getting the correct item and shipping it. As for asking me "How did we do?" four days before my part is supposed be delivered, boo."
