"Look Further than Consulting: here is why.
This was my first time paying someone to do my taxes due to a complicated tax year and boy was I regretful that I went for Consulting. I was referred them by people I work with. They say that this consulting was knowledgeable and efficient but I do not think so and I know so. They were giving me some tax planning pointers over the phone, well good thing its for free, but those are just basic stuff that everyone is aware of. Not to informative and useful anymore. If there is one thing good I can say is that they have convenient hours maybe what convinced me to go to them.
Shame on them claiming that Accounting Team is the best accountants because that is false advertising and it is illegal because you are not the best not even good! Their job supposed to be is help you get business tax stuff in order but they managed to make it the reverse. I have nothing against the Consulting, I mean they were friendly, smart, and trustworthy but that was just it. They were not reliable when it comes to the actual job.
All I want to say is do not use them. You may think that I am just bushing and all but here is the thing. When I called they were more than happy to get my business and made an appointment right away, well that a good thing right? So there I was, I showed up for my appointment. The person who entertained me was very friendly but he made me felt rushed, which is very discomforting. There were many interruptions during our conversation. When we were done discussing, well according to him, after he said he completed my tax prep he then escorted me to the secretary he handed me two forms told me to sign and not date and have my wife sign and not date then return them as soon as possible. I returned the forms the next day and was charged a few hundred dollars shortly after I checked my bank and the IRS had deposited my refund, so I thought. There was no deposit! This is not good, I said. So of course I checked on this only to find out that they registered a wrong bank account number. Then the consequence now is I will not get my refund for at least 3-4 months this will happen with the state refund also. So there is more than that, many things had happened after but I guess that should ne more than enough for you not to trust Consulting anymore. Just do not go for them, find some other consulting if I were you.
Look further and don't waste your time trying to use their service, you’re going to have a bad time. I am usually not so forward in my negative reactions, but this one deserves it."
"This company is such a scam. They called our store on 8/16/13 asking the person answering the phone for a verbal confirmation on an order we did not place. I was gone and she knew I ordered ribbons from time to time so she gave them her name. Then we got this package of 6 $2 ribbons. Today a bill came for $132.67 for these same ribbons. Ridiculous. Only voicemail answers when I try to call them. DO NOT PAY this fraudulent company."
"Incessantly calling my restaurant to get our printer numbers for the "meeting" I have with them. Sent a package of ribbon after an employee gave them the numbers thinking they were a reputable business with integrity. Called to tell them to remove me from their list. After telling them we did not order ink from them and that they scammed one of my employees, the man sarcastically said, "Is that the story she told you?". We work exclusively with a local business in regards to our printing supplies and have no use for a company that actively pursues business in a shady manner.

They called and asked the person who answered the phone to confrim the order with his name and the address of our restaurant and sent 6 ribbons for the unbelievable price of $132.67. I can get these from POSPaper.com for $9.95 for 6. I called a couple of times and left them messages(no one answers) I told them I was contacting the BBB and local news stations to investigate them. When they called me back I told them I was not paying them anything and they can pick up the ribbons. This is the info I have: 31320 VIA COLINAS SUITE WEST LAKE CA. 91362 1-***-***-****.

"Order cam for our Sous Chef for Rib Cart Epson cartiges which we did not order. Called 1-800 number only to be able to leave a message with no call back. After some research, Triton is aka Arrow Ribbon & Laser at 1-***-***-****. I was able to speak to someone directly and I was told a UPS return tag would be sent out in 3-5 business dyas. I hope they come through because I am not paying $132.87 for 1 box of cartidges I did not order."

"This company called my restaurant unannoounced and asked the emplyee his name and the address of the restaurant. They then told him they were sending him a cartridge tape.
I got the bill for $132.67.
I called to find out if they had been subcontracted by my pos people and they hadn't. When I called Triton and they returned my call they said they would reduce the price by 10%.
Warn you employees to be careful who they talk to on the phone.

"Without any other way to find the correct company, I'm hoping this is indeed the correct one that sells printer ribbons.
This company coerced an employee of mine into the purchase of an ink ribbon for our P.O.S. kitchen printer - not only was the employee not in a supervisory position, but held no capacity to make orders at all.
So, I sent back the UNOPENED box via UPS - in the same exact condition it arrived at my restaurant.
2 weeks later, I receive an invoice for a total of $132.67 addressed to the employee that 'ordered' it.
$132.67 for [1] ink ribbon for an ERC20 printer? Currently, I get them for $1.83 each (before tax and shipping)
I called the number (1-***-***-****) to clear this up, but all I've gotten for 3 days is an answering machine that no one checks - no callback for 3 days either.
I've checked with the BBB in CA as well as ripoffreports, and Triton Imaging Systems is non-existent. Even Yellowbook.com doesn't have any information on this 'company'.
