"I called Tritech Computer Solutions because my computer had become so slow that it was unusable, and somehow the computer had eaten my Weatherbug. The owner himself came out to help me! His name was Jody. There had been nasty smeer ads written about him by what I think were some bully computer geeks on Craig's List, and that made me wonder why they were so afraid that they had to put nasty notes up like that, and every time Jody posted responses he was calm and acted like a pro, and when I called and talked to him, he was such a reverse of the bad things they were saying! Jody was very knowledgeable and courteous and helpful, and he made me feel better because he was just calm and I was freaking out over my broke computer. He did some checks and I could not believe how fast he moved. Sometimes things would pop up and then he'd hit them faster than any normal person could read them, and he did not even seem to use the mouse at all, it was like a magic show! I don't know how he read any of it, but he definitely was an amazing person when he got on that computer. After about 20 minutes, he found out that my hard drive was starting to fail and the reason that my Weatherbug was busted was because the drive had become bad where the Weatherbug was stored. He returned later with a new hard drive and had my entire machine back up in about an hour. My mail and my Weatherbug and my internet and everything. I have NEVER BEEN SO THRILLED IN MY LIFE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"
