Buyer Beware!

"I ordered HP ink cartridges for my printer. When I went to install them in my printer, it said "incompatible ink cartridge." After examining the packaging I found that I was sent cartridges for use in Russia, Asia.... Seller refused a refund because I had missed the 30 day return window. I have $108 worth of useless ink. "

PART MISSING FROM CAR

"SELLER REFUSES TO SEND MISSING PART. (FENDER) THEY SAID THEIR ITEM WAS NON REFUNDABLE SO WE PUT IT TOGETHER. TOOK AN HOUR. NOW THEY WANT US TO TAKE IT APART, PUT IT IN A BOX THAT WE DON'T HAVE, AND SEND IT BACK AND REORDER ANOTHER ONE. HAHAHAHAH!!! RIGHT!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!"

"I ordered a water cooler through Amazon.com. When It arrived, it had hidden damage. I tried to return it following the process on Amazon. When the screen popped up with the shipping label, it said "postage required". I went to UPS and USPS to see how much it would cost to return to find out that the postage would be more than 50% of the price I paid for the cooler. I then contacted the company and basically they replied "too bad". I would not order anything from this vendor."

"I ordered (through Amazon) wireless airbuds. When I recieved them they were missing the USB charger. I contacted them for a return auth. and found out that I had to pay for shipping to return the item. A few weeks later I was issued a refund LESS $10 bucks! I contacted Triplenet to ask why they shorted me the money and they responded that because of MY error they would not pay for shipping. I didn't ask for the shipping expense refunded, what I asked for is the full refund on the airbuds. Besides that on what planet is it my fault that the USB cable was missing? So now i am out the return shipping fee and $10 bucks on a product i dont have. As of yet I have not had a reply back from them after trying to "clarify" this issue further. Why is Amazon dealing with a company with such a poor customer service rating? "

"My keyboard was packaged and shipped within 10-15 mins after I placed the order (in mid/late afternoon, no less). Super fast! Order placed Apr 22, est. delivery was Apr 26-30, it showed up Apr 24, perfect condition and product works great. I had no issues at all and would gladly purchase from Triplenet again with such quick response and shipping."

"What I received was a less expensive model of what I ordered. I returned it and spent 3+ weeks of delay and frustration to get the order replaced. When I opened the package it was the same less expensive model. I could not believe it. I requested a return authorization AGAIN. Instead of working quickly to resolve my problem, after two days I got a response that said we are researching how this could have happened. Ultimately, the sku# attached to my order was wrong. So, presumably every person who ordered and paid for this item were sent the less expensive model. After much persistence, I did finally get the correct keyboard, but it took a month and was just a huge waste of time. I will not do business with this seller again."

"I purchased the Thecus N4100PRO 8TB (4 x 2TB ST) Enterprise Edition and shipped it to a hotel in Las Vegas. I'm a international buyer and went to USA on vacation in August. I do that every time I go to the US because electronics are much cheaper there than here in Brazil. Las Vegas was my final stop prior coming back to Brazil, that is why I chose Vegas as shipping address to all products I purchased. I came back to Brazil and brought the NAS to use it on my home network.

When I arrived here I had to pay 60% of the NAS price as duty import tax to Brazilian customs. This is the rate for all electronics here. And, believe or not, it still cheaper to bring electronics from the US.

Well, when I opened the box I realized that the 4 Seagate hard drives that where supposed to come inside the Thecus N4100PRO 8TB (4 x 2TB ST) Enterprise Edition were missing.

I contacted Triplenet Pricing and asked for a solution, but the only solution they offered me was a refund if I ship back the unit. This won't solve my problem because I need the unit and won't go back to the US in the next months to buy a new one. Also, I already paid the duty import tax and won't be able to refund it.

I proposed some solutions that would satisfy myself and I thought they would be willing to do it since this was Triplenet's mistake.

I proposed to ship the hard drives to my address in Brazil, but was replied saying that they do not ship internationally.

Then I gave the option to ship the hard drives to a alternate address in the US. This way I would choose a friend's address that could bring the hard drives to me afterwards. Received a negative reply for that too. Why is this not possible?

So, it is been almost 2 months and they did not solve my problem. They claim that my satisfaction is their number one priority, but don't act like that. The funniest part is that they sent me an email asking me to remove the negative feedback I gave them in Amazon. Are they kidding? They more than deserve this negative feedback.

"Ordered thru amazon from them for a replacement label maker tape spool. Best price around including shipping and it was here in only 3 days from NY to CA.
No issues with product and delivery was great and speedy.
