"I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Shane and Mindi. I had lots of question regarding what will be the correct fit and performance of the wheel sets that is need for my 4 wheeler. Shane answered all my question and made lots of recommendation for each of my dilemmas that was asked. When I was ready to make the finial choice Shane was on vacation but Mindi took over the service and even contacted Shane during his vacation to make sure the choice I made will work with my ride. I placed my order one line and she followed up via email to confirm. The wheel sets arrived on the date quoted. I wish all of the other on line store have the same level of customer service as Trax!
