"Ordered parts on a Sunday with an expected date of that Friday. Had to call and ask for a tracking number. Really? Did the parts come on Friday? NOPE! Saturday? NOPE! When I finally tracked down the order at the local Post Office, I knew I was in trouble. When I claimed the shipment at the Post Office I was presented with a $10 dollar clevis pin, not the $156 complete brake set I ordered. Needless to say I was unhappy. When a disagreeable woman returned my call, she did not care. Offered a refund only. When I demanded she ship out the parts overnight she refused. Meanwhile, back at my garage with a camper brake refresh project all over my floor I contemplated my destroyed Spring Break plans."

"I purchased an axle that was different than described by the sales person. Was told it would cost $47 to return a $175 axle. Leaf springs came with two different sized bolts. One was 1/2" and the other 7/8". The nuts didn't fit either one. I have no idea how a company gets away with this. I was forwarded to a manager who was very rude. Will never use this company again"
"I ordered three leaf spring sets for my trailer and also four wet shackle bolts on the weekend. Read some reviews and tried to call them Monday with no luck. They called me and stated they were having phone issues and saw where I tried to call them. I enquired about my order and they stated it would likely go out that afternoon, Monday. Everything went out, I got tracking numbers, the boxes were delivered today (Thursday). Got what I needed and quickly. I will buy from them again when I need trailer parts."
"Ordered a part shown “in stock” on June 4; still waiting for shipping confirmation on June 17. Sent an email- no response. Tried calling- no response/disconnected. They charged my card the day I ordered... I’m guessing they’re bankrupt & going out of business, but who knows. I can’t imagine any other explanation."
"We are a serious customer that purchases allot of trailer parts every year and have experience with other companies to compare. Ranking the half dozen online trailer parts resellers this company came in dead last without even close.
We tried to contact them to order and called for 2 days (over 20 call attempts) then against my better judgement thought we would just place our order online. We did get an order confirmation by email so we know that part worked but 12 days later still no shipment and we tried to call again, but this time their phones were not taking calls due to COVID 19.
I inquired by email 3 times to try to confirm if they are going to get item to ship and no response. After looking at the other reviews online I thing there is a real pattern here. I will be sending them an email to let them know I am cancelling my CC payment. I have wasted at least 3 hours with this company. I am sure they have a boiler plate excuse ready to dish out, but the bottom line is this is a poorly run company."

"Bought a hitch online and when I called to get a status a week later (I got no shipping confirmation), they told me that they cancelled the order because they do not carry that hitch anymore. No email, call, or anything telling me this. The customer service was beyond horrible. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. Still have not gotten my money back either..."
