“Thank you again for your recent purchase of 15 safety vests on March 7’Th. Since we take customer satisfaction and fast delivery very seriously here at the Traffic Safety Store, I looked into the details of your purchase.
The first delay in getting you your items was we needed a physical address to deliver them to since we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. When you did get back to us on March 11’th with the address that FedEx could deliver to, we also made you aware that one of the sizes of vests that you ordered was out of stock and it would be a week or two before we could get those to you. Since you approved the “back order” of that one vest, we shipped the other ten to you that day, March 11’th and those were the vests that delivered on March 12’th.
With regard to the back ordered vests, those did ship on March 26’Th and I just tracked them with FedEx. I am happy to report they are out for delivery to you today, March 28’Th.
With regard to your receipt, we have sent that email again to the email address you entered when you ordered. May I ask you to check your ‘junk mail’ email folder to see if those two emails are stuck there? If you still do not have the emails, please let me know and we will get one in the US Mail since our emails may be being blocked by your internet service provider.
