However, a friendly rep emailed me to let me know that according to my VIN# the part number I ordered was wrong and gave me the correct number. He saved me a lot of headaches. "It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot order parts over the phone anymore if they don’t have it in stock. Had to make x2 hour long trips to the store because you have to come in and pay for the parts in person before they will order it. "
