"A Toyota service tech didn't return my wheel lock to my glove compartment after servicing my car. I only discovered the key lock kit missing after trying to have new tire put on at Firestone. I call asst. service manager Amanda Cambron and told her about my situation. Instead of her saying let me check with the service tech and see if he can located it she starts asking me how much I am paying for new tires at Firestone. She then takes down my number and says a service manager will be contacting me that was at 9:35 a.m. its now 3:37 p.m. and no one has called.
Bottom line I got new tires but I had to pay for new shell locks cause the had to break the one on the car to get the wheels off my I wouldn't had to pay only if the service tech would've return mines to my glove compartment. So I will no longer have my car service here I will be telling all my friends/ relatives and business partners about the bad experience and poor customer services"
